“Amazing pharmacy, extremely friendly staff and the pharmacist is always willing to help any way he can, including going above and beyond if that means he calls other pharmacies to find your medication he will, if that means calling your doctor he will, there’s not one thing I can think of where he’s ever told me no he will do anything he can for you”
“This Food City is huge. But today, I couldn't get 4 of the things on my list. I found several empty spots on shelves.
The store wasn't busy when I visited, but there were a couple of people in line at the ONE open checkout lane”

My wife and I have been using the Ooltewah Food City Pharmacy for a few years now and they are BY FAR the Best! They are incredibly knowledgeable and take time to go through our meds everytime. Somehow they have remembered and greeted us by name since our very first visit. The whole team is excellent but Brandon and Karen are especially AMAZING! We highly recomend this Pharmacy and their fantastic service.”

When there was an issue, she called to let me know before to pick it up and when I got there, she helped me fix a new photo on a canvas, and I didn’t even have to come back later to pick it up. All with the best attitude. She was just a great help all around!”
