“I’ve been with this location through 3 ownership changes. I really liked the original owner but have to say that under the name FreeUp Storage they are working hard to make this place even better. Much better security, better spot identifying marks, slowly improving the drainage and surfaces. I recently needed to rent a second spot and Carrie was fabulous at getting it done quickly and easily. She is careful to make sure things are done right while being very friendly and professional. She brings confidence to me with the new management. Highly recommend if you need storage in Hixson to check them out. Prices are very reasonable too!”

“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

“We selected All My Sons Moving in Chattanooga to move my mom from Manchester, TN to Chattanooga, TN and we could not be more pleased with the service and pricing. She had a ton of fragile items and antique furniture which we were concerned would arrive safely and undamaged. Edwardo (lead mover) and Hunter did an amazing job of wrapping and padding every item and taking great care in loading and unloading every box and piece of furniture. We didn’t have one broken item or a scratch on any of the furniture. Note only were the movers excellent but dealing with Allen was a pleasure. His quote was dead on, and he kept me informed during the entire process. Words cannot express how pleased we were through the entire move. “Oh I am so glad u asked. They don't know it but I came from a $88 a month storage to their $70 a month storage and I am tickled pink. NOW, I must say it's totally outdoors (non climate controlled). But my other storage went up to 149 a month oh they wanted ppl out of there with a passion. And that's just what they got out of me. Dallas Bay is Homely. Little bit warm to friendly. Not concerned about the slightly primitive design suites me fine.”

“Need a mover? This guy has local people to work. Price compared to others almost half. His guys that he knows shows up. The guys that showed up worked for 5 hours steady. My wife and I had 2 very small kids to watch as well. They worked with us to get moved. We bought lunch for them because we felt as hard as they were going it was the least we could do. We also rented a unit from them. We will be using them again. Owner is nice and easy to talk business with. Actually look forward to have them come back because we know they'll work. Best moving experience we've had.”
“This moving company was amazing. Lead guy Andy, and Mike and Shadow were great. They were so efficient, took such care of furniture. Not only efficient but also so polite. They did not waste time. We had rented 2 storage buildings but with their excellent skills, the somehow managed to get everything in one storage unit, still taking care not to damage anything. Absolutely will use them to move out of storage. Bryon, the owner was so polite and helpful. Just can't say enough good things. Ten stars â︔
