Jennifer did an awesome job on our Golden Murphy! He is a big boy and has a very long coat. She shapeed itt up, cleaned him up and he looks fabulous!! Will be recommending her to all our friends. Thanks Jennifer!!

Jennifer is great with dogs!Libby came from a shelter, and at first was scared of everything. Jennifer not only put her at ease but now every time I tell her we are going to see Miss Jennifer she gets so excited and happy. I highly recommend taking your dog to this groomer. It’s such a relief to have your dog relaxed and happy when leaving her. And Libby’s reaction says it all.

I brought my dog there a few years ago and it was the most traumatic experience. Not only did she make me stay in her basement for the appointment but she talked some crazy religion stories to me. My dog is a tiny old Pomeranian with joint issues and Jennifer kept raising her up and lifting her front legs real high which was hurting my dog. At some point my dog got hurt and nipped at Jennifer and she smacked my dogs face. I can’t imagine what how she would have treated my dog if I wasn’t there. I’ve never been back to a groomer since. If you love your animals I would suggest you take them somewhere else.

Jennifer is by far the best groomer I have found, I won’t name names of all the places I took my fur baby. But I will say in the past two years I have taken him too about eight different ones. Jennifer is the only one who treated him like he was her own fur baby! She also took her time and corrected the mistakes of all the other groomers. My little fur baby looks so good now and he loves Jennifer. I won’t be taking him to anyone other than Jennifer. The cutest thing happened as we were getting my little man in my car.. This tiny lost little dog walked right up to Jennifer almost jumped into her arms as if to say “Please help me, I’m lost and scared” she immediately looked for a tag and reunited the cute dog named Slinky with her parents. Now that’s a lady I trust 100% . Thank you so much Jennifer. We will see in very soon!!

Absolutely the worst! Jennifer went completely psycho on my mother today when she took her dog in. She was yelling and screaming when my mom arrived with her dog. This made her dog nervous and her dog nipped the lady. The lady then took her leash and started swinging my mom’s little dog around and let the leash go and her dog flew into the concrete. This made my mom super nervous and upset and she got her dog and left. If this lady is okay treating dogs like this in front of their owners, it certainly makes you wonder how she is treating them behind closed doors.

Jennifer did an awesome job on our Banjo! He looks perfect! His coat is evenly cut, not at all choppy! She trimmed his nails, they no longer scratch me! I'm just so pleased to have found a groomer for our dog!

I took my Bichon over to Jennifer’s Pet Parlor today for the first time. Jennifer did such a wonderful job of grooming my little cotton-ball! She spent hours grooming her to make sure she got out all her knots. Jennifer is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable groomer. I am sending more business her way. My friends and family were so happy with my results they are bringing their little fur babies to her for haircuts!

We were SO pleased with the job that Jennifer did on our Sheltie and Pom mix that we plan to use her exclusively going forward. Not only did both dogs look great, they were ready when she told us they would be and her prices were MUCH more reasonable than what we had been paying for inferior services.
