I went to have my vehicle checked because it had a strong vibration in the back. Ben helped me, he tested my car and quickly determined what the problem could be. In the end I saw that the problem was exactly with the preliminary diagnosis. Excellent customer service. It is remarkable that they do not leave your car for days to then check it as happens so often. Immediate diagnosis. The place where they work on your car is super clean and organized (something that is also not common these days). They were kind and professional. I absolutely recommend them.

My experience with Import Motorworks was excellent! They have excellent service and amazing people who work there. They took a long time to try to find the problem and could not and I was not charged. The owner even took my Mercedes GLK for a run. When they problem finally was exposed I was shocked at the quick service and very fair repair price. I will be back even tho' they are and hour+ from my home!

Just discovered this place. Needed my Volvo xc60 service & they did a good job. Saw a lot of good reviews & decided to try. I'm glad I found another place, other than the Volvo dealership & getting vehicle into shop & service is ALOT quicker than other well known European vehicles shops. Made my appointment online. UPDATE: went back for additional service & everything went just as well & better than my first time. Good work, good people, good deal.

I was on my way home from work yesterday and notice my tire went completely flat and quick. I pulled over to park my vehicle in import motor works and contacted my husband about it. I can’t remember the guy name i spoke to yesterday but he was so friendly to me and had no issues on me leaving my car due to a bad storm in the area. Today the shop switched out the tire to replace with my spare and didn’t charge us. I’m so happy and pleased with the customer service they provided us especially in the situation i was in. Thank you so much! ?
