I needed an emergency haircut on a late Friday afternoon. Most haircut facilities in the region had an 1-hour plus wait. This one had no wait. I was slightly concerned that it might have a poor reputation.
However, I am happy to report this is a fantastic Great Clips. The friendly blonde stylist with the glasses gave me a fantastic summer cut and was not in a rush. It's a clean facility too.
My cut was $20 pre-tip which was a very fair price.
I doubt I'll be in this area again, but I give this location my highest recommendation for locals or anyone staying at the nearby hotels.

Great place too hey a quick haircut. Ericka gave a great haircut. Even when I asked to go shorter she did it.

This place hairstylists have no clue how to cut hair. I would not recommend at all. Avoid at all cost.

Checked my son in online, got a text about 2 minutes later that we were up in 15 minutes, to head to the salon. Got to great clips and had to wait another 40 minutes. Only 2 employees working who were the slowest I've ever seen. We normally get Carly, who is amazing but she was not there. Very disappointed in the service at our visit.

I received a very uneven and poorly executed beard trim, and the back of my neck was also poorly done. After noticing the issue, I returned to ask for a proper fix. The treatment I received was cold and indifferent, as if my request was bothering them, even though I had already asked for a correction. I'm not one to complain as a customer, but I found this to be a very unpleasant and unprofessional service and treatment. The worker shaved the front of my neck harshly and with what seemed like spite. Never again!

The whole company is not a great place its not a fair service You can't walk in and get ur hair cut because they say well there's so many people in front of u ...and there's no one there I will never be back there

I delivered a load at Walmart next door. Since I needed a haircut, I walked over to Great Clips. The young lady that checked me in was Heidi. She did such a Great job trimming my hair. She was very interesting and comfortable to talk to.I was in and out of there, for only about 14 minutes. I am definitely coming back next time I'm in the area, and need a haircut.Again, thank you, Heidi. ?

Jennifer is the absolute best! She cuts my hair exactly how I asks every time. No more 70.00 haircuts for me and I've tried every high end salon in Chattanooga. Ask for Jennifer.

CURLY HAIR people- this is the place to do get your hair cut. I have long curly hair and struggle when I move to find a place to cut it very short the way I want. I read a review from Lisa with curly hair about Jade that was from a year ago at the other great clips location. I went by there and it turns out she is at this location so I drove 10 more min to come to this loc. I did exactly what Lisa said, showed a pic of what I wanted to Jade and she reproduced it well but even better. And so inexpensive… I had resorted to spending tons of money to get it cut the way I wanted but it rarely came out looking nice. Finally just did not cut it for 3plus years. Based on Lisa’s review I sought out Jade and voila… now if I can just convince her to move where we live :) thank you again you have no idea ! PS- I like the gray in my hair that was not a color job :) I am sure someone would have loved to get their hands in some hair dye and throw it on my hair lol . PICS: the long hair was 2 days before in all its craziness. The short is today after driving 3.5 hours with the window down most of the way after the haircut.Services: Haircut
