You get what you pay for in life and it’s no different in this instance. Esteban takes the time to taylor the workout to your abilities and specific needs. I have tried boot camps and circuit training in group settings but they don’t compare. They only provided injury and frustration because the trainers just can’t give each individual the attention they truly need to see fast effective results. Those programs may work for some if you already have a wealth of knowledge about working out but that’s not the case for most of us or we wouldn’t be on this page. Esteban truly has a wealth of knowledge in this field, it is far from just lifting weights. I have learned so much in the past six months and look forward to continuing the process.

Going to a gym without knowing what to do is truly a waste of money. I've learned alot working with Estaban. He is knowledgeable and works you and I am seeing a difference!! After just 30 minutes his program will get into shape!! He adjusts his program to your specific needs and you get results!!

Esteban has made all the difference in my physical and mental strength! He focuses on what exercises are most beneficial for me, he encourages better eating habits, and constantly motivates me to reach my goals. After 4 months of working out with Esteban I had a major car accident, and I believe the strength he developed in my mind and body is how I recovered so well. Thank you so much Esteban for caring and for being the catalyst behind the stronger, healthier me (and my husband)! I recommend Fitness Garage to everyone!

Esteban is an awesome trainer. He listens well and then tailors the workout to meet your personal needs/goals. Esteban is super knowledgeable in his field. I am amazed at how comments that my physician makes are the same as Esteban. He truly understands the human body..

Esteban is exactly what my wife and I needed to kick ourselves back into shape. He is super knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best every single time. He cares about your overall fitness outside of the gym too, making sure you're on the right track and always moving forward towards getting in shape. The dance fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 are incredible. I get free zumba classes at the gym I work at but after one visit, I was sold. The choreography has a good mix of Pop, Hip hop, and Latin music and will keep you energized and never bored.

The instructor creates all of her own dances and her passion shows! Make sure to come by and give it a try. First time is free!

I LOVE the fitness garage!! The dance fitness class is SO much fun! Love the music and the choreography! I also do personal training with Esteban and I can not recommend it highly enough! Not only have I lost over 50 lbs but I no longer have the knee issues I used to have and I have a LOT more energy then I used to. He helped me with my diet as well and to get into a better cardio routine at home so I've been able to maintain the weightloss!

Dance a Fitness with Marissa is so much fun! It's my favorite way to exercise. And you don't have a be a great dancer to enjoy the class.

I LOVE the Zumba class on MW @ 630pm, a great workout and so much fun! I also do personal training here and I can't recommend it highly enough! I have lost so much weight and I just feel healthier and more energetic! It's totally worth it, your body is an investment for life. The trainer is so great, very patient and takes ya were you are at, personalizing for each individual.

Dance Fitness on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 is the best workout I've ever gotten (besides climbing Wayna Picchu).
