I received FedEx deliveries quite often. Anytime I receive a FedEx delivery from the Ooltewah facility, the driver refuses to deliver to my home. I have posted signs and have complained several times with no resolution. All other FedEx locations delivered to my home no issues.

Nobody knows what they are doing or they are just plain lazy. I hate ordering through FedEx and trying to avoid it at all cost.

Hold packages based on latest delivery window very lazy and uncaring. Package has been sitting for 48 hours w no update. Have to drive to grab it myself. Useless pick a different profession

I was waiting for a package requiring adult signature. Driver pulled up opened truck door, closed it and drove off without even attempting delivery. Then, claimed they attempted delivery. They didn’t even leave a slip on the door.

Absolute WORST experience with this facility. Driver continuously leaves packages at neighbor's house instead of mine. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. I've tried to flag the driver down to let him know his mistake, but he ignores me and drives off. It's to the point where if I know someone is going to ship something via FedEx, I'll just choose not to buy and purchase the item from someone who ships via UPS or USPS. Would not even give this facility 1 star.

I work for a contractor (Madison) driving tractor-trailers. I absolutely love my job. The facility is clean. Line haul staff are super nice. Spotter drivers are efficient and safe. Well equipped facility with bathroom, laundry, and self serve kiosk. This will likely be my last driving job.

I placed an order for 2 items at Walmart. Walmart sent the items separately, Item "A" to be delivered by the 4th, and item "B" to be delivered by the 8th of the month to my son's home.Tracking showed that Item "A" arrived at Ooltewah, TN, FedEx Ground at 3:52 AM on the 6th, and was loaded on a FedEx truck at 4:05 AM for delivery. At 8:15 AM, tracking shows an "Operational Delay" and a promise to deliver the item the following day. It's now the 8th, and Item "A" still has not arrived, with no updated info on the FedEx tracking page.Meanwhile, Item "B" arrived at Ooltewah at 8:01 AM today (8th), was loaded onto the delivery truck at 9:53 AM; and was delivered to my son's home by 12:35 PM.Both items, "A" and "B" were at the same Ooltewah, TN, FedEx facility at the same time, yet only one item, item "B", was delivered. I have no idea what happened to item "A", and there are no updates, and no email explanations as to why the item still has not been delivered.The FedEx Ground facility at Ooltewah seems to be the most disorganized shipping facility that I've ever seen. I don't know if item "A" is on its way, if it was lost, or if the driver took it. There's no way of knowing at this point.If I order anything from Walmart in the future, I will insist that they use ANY shipping company other than FedEx.Whenever I've ordered from Amazon, the orders ALWAYS, without exception, were delivered a day or so before the estimated delivery date. The orders I placed with Amazon arrived via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.I have learned from this not to use FedEx, especially if something has to be delivered in a timely manner.

Laziness, stupidity I don’t know. Over the past year our driver has not followed posted signs. Our ELECTRIC gate is officially damaged. I put in a claim. While waiting on a response he did it 2 more times just this week You have absolutely no sense to continue to do this to someone’s property. The gate has a posted sign that specifically says DO NOT PUSH. He has laid heavy packages against it, in between it, over it where the gate won’t open. Seriously even placing packages in front of the gate where we pull in the driveway so we can’t pull in at all. The arm bar of the gate is bent so much that it won’t close at all. Ridiculous how these guys keep their jobs. Pure lazinessThere is a nice wide area next to our fence that UPS leaves packages. They have smarts.There are days the gate is open and they don’t even bring a package to the porch. They leave it sitting against the gate. Complete redundancy.I do not want this driver delivering my packages or coming on my property anymore. It will continue to happen.In the pics you will see different ways they have left packages at the gate. All are redundant. You will see where the gate should close too but doesn’t anymore and you will see how far bent the arm is how the gate stays open enough for someone to walk though.

FedEx is horrible. They leave my packages at odd places along my driveway or by the main road and never follow delivery instructions. Multiple packages have been stolen or delivered to the wrong address.

Lack of communication from management. Several people refused to train new hires and was not being trained on routes assigned. Definitely would not recommend working there
