I have been using this daycare for several months and there have been non-stop issues regarding staffing and closures. We never know if suddenly we need to rearrange our whole day because they are closing the room. In the 2 months about 40% of the time we've received last minute notices about "being in ratio" and not accepting enrolled children, or having classes closed altogether. I would strongly caution sending your children here unless there are no other options.

Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 4 months old. Almost three years later she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. Briel and Carrie are amazing teachers and they are a a true asset to the center. In a couple months we will be having another child and are looking forward to watching him learn and grow with the amazing people at Childcare Network.

I absolutely love this school. They teachers are great, the director is amazing. I highly recommend this school for anyone searching for a quality establishment. 15/10 Hands Down!

My now 3 year old daughter has been attending since she was a baby. I am very blessed to have found a place that loves and cares for my kids.I now have a one year as well that is attending and within a week she was comfortable and excited to go to school.THANK YOU CHILDCARE NETWORK FOR ALL YOU DO!!!I have never had a concern that was not handled immediately. Morgan and Diamond are loving, respectful, and my kids love them and their teachers so much!! <3 <3I appreciate everything you do!

This is an amazing an awesome place to leave your kid while you need to work. I do not worry about my daughter when I drop her off I know she's taken care of. My son also went here years ago. I'd give them 10 stars if I could ?

My daughter has been been going here since she was 6 months old, she’s 2 1/2 soon to be three. Every staff here is simply amazing, very communicative, attentive, caring & passionate about the love, teachings, safety, and well being of the kids that attend here. I couldn’t be happier with the choice to enroll my daughter here. She has learned and grown so much while being here. I 10/10 recommend child care network of Ooltewah.

Best daycare my kids have ever been in. They absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and always updates me on children if they need anything or if something happens at school. You can tell the staff loves their job!!

I can't recommend this location enough.My son has been attending Childcare Network since 2018. He has always enjoyed daycare and he loves each of his teachers. The staff has been great through all the craziness these past couple of years.

We started sending both of our kids to Childcare Network mid-January. The first month or so was pretty rough because of the childcare shortage, so there were times we couldn’t send our kids to daycare due to the teacher/child ratios being reached. Teachers would call off sick and there weren’t enough other teachers to cover. It sucked but it wasn’t the daycare’s fault, our last few daycares had this happen as well. It is what it is.They really worked on hiring people and we haven’t had an issue in a few months now. My 2.5 yr old daughter loves her teachers, she talks about them all of the time. My infant does just fine there, he seems happy to be there even though he can’t directly tell me. He never cries at drop off and they send me pics of him all day.They follow all my instructions for the kids and I don’t have to worry about my kids’ safety at all.I know they’ll be well taken of and happy while they’re in the care of the center. My daughter asks to go to daycare on the weekend and asks for her teachers and friends to come over to play. It’s quite sweet and I really appreciate how happy they make my daughter, since I have to work and can’t see her all day.

I am so thankful for the team here at Childcare Network. My son is 2 and has been there since he was 7 weeks. I have an 8 week old that starts next week. The staff is amazing. We've not had any issues. Even during the pandemic and (nationwide) staffing issues, they were great at communicating and doing everything they could for the parents and children. Having my children where I do not have to worry and knowing that they are loved and taken care of is THE best feeling.

Childcare Network is a great place with a very caring staff. All 5 of my children have attended this location and loved it. The staff really do care about the children and you can see it. Highly recommend!

We have used the Childcare Network location in Ooltewah since our son was 6 months old. Overall, we’ve had a pretty good experience with the daycare. After 2 1/2 years, we decided to try another, more expensive daycare for about a year. However, we were not satisfied there, and we chose to go back to Childcare Network in Ooltewah. We feel that the staff really cares about the kids and is not just focused on discipline and perfect behavior. Our kid is happy there and so are mom and dad!

So happy to have have teachers who care for my children and keep me informed throughout the day. They comfort my boys and are patient. The daycare managers are involved and informative. We love child care network of ooltewah.
