Been going there for a year now and they totally disrespect me and my girlfriend every time we go.Usually a church group treating us like we are evil or wrong for being together and I'm the only above knee amputee that walks in there with my prosthetic showing.I wouldn't recommend this walmart to anyone they do not appreciate disabled customers or my rights.

It's a Walmart we all know it .it is clean and well stocked.. customer service needs two people working there at all times during busy hours the wait there can be crazy

Usually, do Grocery pick up due to mobility issues. Have only had one delay where I had to cancel the order. Which was a busy time of month and holiday. Otherwise great experience.

This particular Walmart has by far the most disappointing customer service I've ever encountered at any Walmart. I've made no less than seven or eight phone calls and was only able to connect with a representative twice. Unfortunately, both times, the operator repeatedly talked over me, ultimately hanging up on me, or transferring me to a seemingly endless ringing lineWhen I to called and pressed 2 for the tire and car department instead electronics, is where I finally received assistance. They had the electronics employee answer my call but to my surprise, the employee there was unaware that they had iPhone 15s in stock, even though this is a common item at all Walmarts currently. I explained this to her and asked her to verify. She left me on hold for a whopping 12 minutes, whereas the Corbin Walmart managed to check in just four seconds.It's evident that corporate oversight is urgently needed to reassess every role at this Oneida Walmart. Struggling to reach anyone after seven attempts and then being unable to obtain relatively simple information while enduring a 10-minute hold is indicative of a serious issue. I'll make one more attempt, but I'm not optimistic about my chances for a better experience.
