Don’t stop here. Walked around electronics over and over with a manager and 3 other employees standing around, zero people tried to ask if I needed anything so I of course went to them. Bad bad. Being an inspector and not on duty I will not state anything to higher due to passing thru the area. But very bad. Literally manager and employee talking and then two other employees at the electronics desk on holding themselves up by it the other just standing but both groups just chit chatting while I circled the whole Area. Very poor for a Walmart. I will not upload the video your welcome. Wish I worked here so I could not care about customer service.

I witnessed workers promptly assist shoppers when they were unable to find items, even walking with them to ensure they find exactly what they needed.

There are some great people that work for this walmart, Karen, Vicky, Linda, Wilma and several others. Here's my problem. Almost every time i go to this walmart i get overcharged or charged twice for something when i have only one of the item. The personal shoppers are rude and will run you over to get to something. Not all but certainly most.

The new remodel is ridiculous. Store is worse than it's ever been. The maze for the registers is a poor design. And they never have more than one or two registers open forcing people to use the self checkouts.
