While the customer service was fine, how the manager on shift treated his employees was anything but. The person helping my partner and I was most likely a new employee, since they were a little unsure and made a few mistakes (nothing major! It happens. She was very kind. Retail is stressful), but her manager was having none of it. He berated her in front of us, and before we left the store, we could still hear him making snide comments about her. We left without purchasing anything because we don’t support people who treat their employees so poorly! Definitely would recommend a change in management. I made sure to ask for the manager’s name before I left, and his name was Robert if that helps.

Everyone was very helpful! There was issues with the previous company I had my service with. But Sierra was very patient as well as the store manager. Definitely pleased with the Oneida Verizon store!

in town for the week and needed to purchase a new phone. Robert took his time and explained all of my options made suggestions based on my needs and requirements. No high pressure sales. At the same time handled four other customers without missing a beat. everyone left with a smile on their faces. You should stop in and give Robert 5 minutes of your time and it will be the best 5 minutes.
