I found a pantry on their site that I have been trying to find for over a year. I clicked to buy it and very soon afterward got confirmation of my purchase. The next day they described the shipment process entirely. From then to my receiving the pantry, they stayed in touch with me via email, which made me very comfortable knowing that it was safely in transit. The pantry came in perfect condition, very securely wrapped. I was very impressed. And, it was every bit as beautiful as the picture - looked just like it!
