I just want to send a shout out to Jackson Hewitt in Oneida, Tennessee! I went to file my taxes @ Jackson Hewitt in there office located in the Oneida walmart where I met Mindy Phillips the Representative working for Jackson Hewitt. First of all, Mindy Phillips was very helpful and any questions I had she was very thorough in helping me understand any questions I had for her not to mention she is one of the Greatest Representatives that I have ever come across. I strongly recommend everyone to start filing with Jackson Hewitt tax services, Because they really care about their clients and helping them with anything they might not understand they will break it down for you and walk you through it step by step. Lastly To whom it may concern/Jackson Hewitt owners of the Jackson Hewitt tax services, Mindy Phillips is one of the greatest tax service representatives I've ever met in my whole life. She (Mindy Phillips) needs a promotion, a raise, or a bonus because like I said she was such an amazing person that was very polite friendly and very very helpful. When I first set down I'm gonna be honest I was stressed out over filing my taxes but Mindy made it so simple and relieved all my stress I had when I set down. She is such an amazing person. This is the 2nd year I've filed with Jackson Hewitt and after this experience I'm going to be a lifetime client and tax filer with Jackson hewitt.
