When going to change the oil I could not get the plug out and called the store, Cody did trouble shooting with me then referred me to Mike the store manager when troubleshooting didn’t work. Mike personally got the mower, fixed it, identified two other issues, fixed those and delivered it back to me within hours and all with a wonderfully genuinely helpful attitude, which seems so rare these days. Thanks to all involved. I definitely recommend this store!”
