Most expensive internet I've ever had, and it stops working WAY too often... When it goes off, I am completely CUT OFF. There is no cell service unless I walk outside and stand near the road to get 1 bar. It is unacceptable to have such an expensive internet connection that goes out this often. Fix it!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great high speed internet packages. Honestly probably the best in this area.

It's better than spectrum, but that's not saying much. It's overpriced for sure and being an internet company you'd think they'd have more online capabilities. Going to a store to fill out an application for internet is ridiculous and beyond inconvenient, having to call to set up a password for website access also is ridiculous. They accidentally didn't give me the faster internet for a month that I paid for and didn't even think to credit me back for it, I had to request it. I used to hate xfinity, but now I'm just waiting for them to extend to the end of the road so I can save $100+/month for the same thing.

We have the slowest internet speed they offer, and it seems even slower now that it was before. I took the speed test (twice) that was offered by the Kentucky Broadband Initiative, and it was true, it is slower than advertised. It is advertised as 15 mbps, but it is actually 11 mbps. And you have to pay for a landline phone too! Interestingly, Highland offers their own speed test, which shows it as 13 mbps. Half of the bill is the landline phone that we never use, and don't need. Other internet providers don't require a landline phone, why does Highland? We need broadband, and more competition for internet service here.

I have never had an ISP like this before. They are incredibly helpful. In the last 2 days they have stopped by 3 times to assist me with an issue that is not even truly their fault. They have gone above and beyond, and everyone so far has been just awesome to work with.
It's a bummer they MAKE you pay for phone even if you don't use it, but in the grand scheme, it is what it is.
Great place to do business!
