Wouldn’t take my dog here worst hospital ever!

Almost 2 weeks ago my papaw came in with pancreatitis. A few days after coming in he ended up on life support. After being flown out to Tennova North in Knoxville. My family wanted to know how he was revived and how long he was down for and so did lifestar and the doctors taking care of him at Tennova North. NO DOCUMENTATION, NO INFORMATION, NOTHING on the time or what practice they did to revive him or how long he was down for without oxygen. THAT WAS CRITICAL INFORMATION THAT DOCTORS AND THE FAMILY NEEDED TO KNOW. We called talked to nurses and they didn’t have that “information” to give us. He is still currently in ICU…. I wouldn’t take my dogs there to be treated. ITS NOTHING BUT A RAN DOWN BUILDING with horrible staff.

They gave my sister a full body CT scan for a bee sting (she is allergic) which she did not need. Afterwards we went to her pediatricianThen UT to see what bees she was allergic to both places said there was no reason for a CT Scan

this is the second time I've brought my dad here under emergency conditions. Both times the staff has been outstanding. Last night was terrifying for my wife and I, but the EMT, nurses and doctor did what professionals do - and beyond to make my dad comfortable and to assure us he would be ok. Any poor review this hospital gets should be looked at as perhaps trauma that clouds judgement. THANK you ALL for doing what you do! God bless.

Terrible & negligent patient care!!! Took my husband for stroke symptoms, should have known better not to, but we left with a diagnosis of “dizziness” which we did not list as even a symptom!!! Followed up with PCP the next day, was sent for a MRI the following week where it confirmed, he had an embolic stroke!!! I had to give him aspirin on the way home! They didn’t even do that which is standard care for a patient with stroke symptoms! This hospital should be shut down!!

Extremely poor care, basically no nursing care I wouldn't recommend taking your pet there and expect nursing care

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. The nurses there was wonderful and done everything that they could to help my mother and even talked to me and my aunt about our situation. The doctor on the other hand was a complete joke! He kept us waiting all night long for ct results and blood work on my mom with her legs leaking fluids and delirium. Would not transfer her to a bigger facility saying they probably didn't have beds and he needed his bloodwork and records...Wanting to admit her.. Well needless to say I made them release her and drove her to UT. She is now recovering with lots of prayers and God leading us here to wonderful care. They said if we hadn't of got her here that day she would have died. I wouldn't want my animals treated here by this doctor.

It's not very welcoming and has horrible staff and it's not really clean there is black mold on the roof and doesn't smell pleasantly neither.

This is a bad place to take anyone ,my soninlaw needed to be seen cause a abscess on back, was told couldn't do anything for him ,what good is a hosp if they don't help, told him he has to go somewhere else ,dr wasn't any help at all

this is the second time I have been there and not seen a provider. The nurses were wonderful however I was discharged and given discharge papers but was never once evaluated by a provider.

This is not a hospital its a run down building that has doctors that can't do anything except send people to Knoxville, brought my wife in with a fractured ankle it was a fight to get pain meds, the doctor would not re set her ankle at all he refused to do anything except try and transfer her we ended up driving 4 hours back home to a real hospital
