Tells you your animal will be ready to leave at 9 am on the phone, get there and then they tell you that you can’t have them until later in the evening. Works on your animal but refuses to tell you what’s going on with them and what they’re doing. Terrible place to take and way overpriced don’t recommend

When they say they prefer cash, they mean absolutely no checks, even if you have a prior good pay history. I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit I forgot the no check thing this past week. But hopefully this post will assist someone else.
The office is clean and setup for cats one side, dogs other side. The staff professional. They tend to run on time. However as most other "local" vet offices, after hours vet is UT Knoxville. I paid $427 in 3 visits for puppy vaccines this summer/fall. This last visit if I had done everything they recommended total cost was $288. So let's think about that, as that is quite a amount of cash in this economy. And that's just tip of iceberg as vet mentioned sedated ear flushes. My puppy can handle ear flushes at home thankfully. I was also quoted $60 for a microchip which did not seem to include registration of chip. As pet owners we tend to spend emotionally but I would encourage everyone to price check, especially those items you can perform yourself at home like nail trims. If money is not a concern, they are a great office. Also side note, both entrances have potholes. The one shown could probably swallow a Buick so be careful if driving a car. Probably a Oliver Springs town responsibility?

Had my cat spayed here. Super knowledgeable staff. Incredibly compassionate and you can tell they care about the work they're doing. It's been 4 days since her surgery and they have called to check on her more than once. Answered every question I had as well.

I wish I could give this vet zero stars. I took my cat in for an appointment because he was sick. He wasn't eating and he wasn't using his litter box. They told us he had a urinary tract infection after taking a series of tests. Gave us medication for two weeks and made an appointment for a follow up. They didn't even answer the questions we asked. They called me three days later to ask how he was doing and I explained my cat still wasn't eating and was told someone would call me back. I assumed he just needed to finish the medication. 48 hours after giving the last dose my cat passed on my couch while we held him. It was sudden and painful to experience. I don't understand how this happened but I know if this office genuinely cared for animals my cat would still be alive. Stay away and take your pet somewhere else.

I recently had to take my American Bully in to Tri-County due to an unfortunate incident that left him with a severe puncture wound in one of his pits. It was concealed for a couple days til the infection had spread from his pit to his neck then down his belly to his johnson! Tri-County got him straight back and cleaned up and treated. They are awesome!
