My experiences with Woodline have been excellent. I broke the old raised panel cutter on my shaper in the middle of a job and needed a new one soon, so I called Woodline. The lady was extremely helpful and called me the next day with a new cutter that is a very close match. I recently purchased a spoilboard planer bit from Woodline and it's working great.

Honest people running an honest business. Need I say more. I called Woodline about 2 years ago because I could not believe heir prices. I ordered a set of cabinet bits on a promise from Wayne. I was a HUGE Freud fan. Wayne claimed "My Tri-Star bits are just as good as Freud 4-wing bits. You buy them and don't think so yurself, you can send them back at my cost." Well, I bought a set and several other sets. Earlier this week, I finally broke a 1/4" shaft. I gave them a call to see what happened. They educated me on what I did wrong (another great benefit of these guys is they want to help and give advice whenever they can to make sure your projects turn out perfect) and replaced the bit. The bit was at my house the next day. Great advice, great service. If you are interested in getting started or need a place for high-end router bits, Woodline is where to go.
