“An eclectic mix. Low turnover. Things that were there a year ago are often still there, but there's enough new stuff to justify a trip back once in a while. After looking (semi-passively).for a few years I now own a wooden 1968 Tube radio.. now I just have to take out all that juku electronics, add Bluetooth, WiFi streaming, and voice ecognition inside that wooden chassis. ?”

“What an awesome venue! I will say the drinks (coffee) were very slow but no big deal when the vibes are great and the music is top notch. Would love to go again!”

“Love this shop! You never know what you'll find there. We got a beautiful Takamine F360 from 1976 there yesterday. They also had a D28 Martin next to it to compare. It is an exact copy of the Martin. Incredible! They have a great website and customer service too. Thanks y'all!”

“Hands down the very best vintage store I've ever been in and plan to frequent. The owners all on their own make going in an absolute joy; they're awesome!! I find all my 50s needs in here and then some, all time favorite ”

“More than a store—Carter Vintage is a shrine. My jaw dropped the second I walked into the showroom. If you can’t play a lick to save your life (that’s me!), anyone who values music will appreciate the beauty on display within these walls. Easily one of Nashville’s most important spots.”

“Amazing thrift store it has a lot of choices of stuff and the prices were completely reasonable. Additionally, the guy working there was super friendly. Definitely worth giving this place a chance”

“I had always loved the clothes at Sugar Pea and can almost always find something. Since Apryl has taken over, I find myself hanging around more and engaging with conversation about our everyday lives. She is genuine and delightful. A must visit and shop atmosphere and stick around for the down to earth lady conversation that will surely make you lose track of time. Apryl makes you feel like a life long friend.”

“I love to antique and it's hard for me to rate antique places because they're going to be different everywhere. This one had good stuff, but I thought it was too expensive. Other people may not think that because it all depends on where you're from and what prices you're used to. A primary Pyrex bowl set at this store was over $200. Where I'm from, it would be $85 to $125 based on the condition. I pretty much love any antique place I go into.”

“Nice place and many guitars to choose from. If you like Fender or Gibson, then you have a good choice of guitars to pick from. I am a PRS guitar collector and my choices were limited.”

“I love this place. They have so many nice antiques and its hard to leave the store without a piece of furniture or painting in my case.I have been there quite a few times and also had brought in friends because I think its such a cool place and more people need to know of it.”

“Absolutely adore this shop! I have found some of my favorite vintage pieces in Nashville here. I’m a native of Nashville and this is hands down THE treasure trove.”

“This place has a ton of cool stuff but it's not overwhelming. Everyone who works there is nice. It's not a thrift store, not thrift store prices. Refurbished items for fair asking prices.”

“I used Nippers for a custom hoodie for my niece. I wanted it embroidered since it last so long and very little wear and tear. They helped me find the right hoodie for her and design and how to do the placement. They gave me a range for the quote which was between $45-$60 and my total was $54! I loved how many different styles of lettering they had and colors so I truly got a custom piece. They turned over my order in just 2 weeks which they projected 2-3 since it’s holidays. Will absolutely be using them in the future for more custom apparel!”

“I absolutely LOVE The DragonFly Consignment store! It’s conveniently located in Mt. Juliet, TN and the owners (and staff) are so friendly. They have a wide variety of large and small items (including one of a kind and artisan made things). I also consign items there - and I enjoy shopping to see what they have for sale. I recently purchased some beautiful matching mirrors and this lovely old-fashioned looking solid wood table (that fits in perfectly at our restored old farmhouse).”

“Best vintage shop that I went to in Nashville. Of course the prices are higher than at a thrift store because this is a curated vintage store. The prices and selection are far better than the other vintage stores I went to in town.”

“Fun shop to look around. Mostly clothing but there's also household goods of all sorts and jewelry. Some prices are high on clothing, but they do have deals every day depending on tag color.”

“Walking into this place is like unearthing a time capsule. It’s super cool spot where you can get lost for hours. The shop is stocked with thousands of t shirts, various vintage pieces, vinyl records, memorabilia from decades past. Also has a full bar so you can sip on drink as you peruse the dozens of racks.”

“Every nook and cranny of this place is filled cool art, furniture, clothes, albums, and vintage knick knacks. The store is organized into booths by seller so it's kind of like going to dozens of small antique shops at once”

“I bought my wedding dress here over five years ago, at the old location, and it was a lovely experience; I felt very special and taken care of. Then, a year later, I consigned my dress here and shortly after that, moved to North Carolina. I forgot all about it for a couple years, and when I finally remembered, all I had to do was call. Diane found out what had happened to my dress and sent me the check without any hitches, even though it'd been four years. Definitely recommend this consignment shop for buying and selling!”

“I love Backslide! I always find *incredible* yet down to earth pieces and the prices are super fair, in my opinion. Both owners are lovely people and I’ve always had a great time shopping there. Huge selection, great quality and if something isn’t right with the product they will make it right. I once bought a vest that didn’t work out and they let me exchange it for something better suited. Highly recommend as one of Nashville’s top vintage stores!!!”

“Excellent vintage clothing selection in amazingly good condition, for very reasonable prices. The store is well lit, clean, and well organized, and the owner, Trisha, and her employee, Katie were super nice and knowledgeable. We visited almost every vintage clothing store in Nashville on this trip, and Hip Zipper was by far my favorite. We will definitely visit during every trip to town.”

“Love how easy it is to shop from home via their Insta page! I live out of state but when they posted this adorable Free People dress (and it was new with tags), I just had to have it! I was able to pay the invoice within minutes and my package arrived just a few days later!Fast shipping and super easy!”

“This hidden gem is a MUST SEE! They've got such a great variety of furniture, clothes, jewelry, nick nacks and more! I could walk around in here for hours looking at all the cool and interesting things they have. I try to visit every few months as there are always new finds in the shop! They also support local artists and the owner is just the nicest!”

“This place is awesome. I don’t live in Nashville, actually from Indiana. But my friend and I come here when we visit and always find the best stuff. I’ve happily paid whatever it is they were asking for because they’re good and or rare pieces. If I could give 10 stars I would. Can’t wait to move to Nash in June and come here every weekend I can! Thanks for having such a dope shop.”

“Always love the hunt looking for treasures, took mom there for her birthday (we love thrift stores, it's a family thing) and when we arrived the local fire dept was there due to someone accidentally pulling the alarm. We took advantage of the opportunity and got a birthday selfie.”

“This shop was so cute! Customer service was top tier. Kate took special care with the items I purchased and was so friendly. This store has a little bit for everyone! Great prices as well! Definitely recommend.”

“This is one of the few vintage stores I’ve been to that doesn’t feel like I’m hunting through loads of overpriced and/or throwaway goodwill clothing to find one decent piece if I’m lucky. The selection is clearly curated by the owner, Shane, who knows her inventory well and offers fair prices for her clothing.Shane even remembered me a month after my last visit and helped me track down a specific 1960s babydoll dress for my girlfriend (that bagged me some serious boyfriend points).I’ve yet to leave Star Struck without at least a few things in my bag. Hands down my favorite secondhand shop.”

“Great place to drop off anything you want to get rid of. And they have a lot more stuff there than in the other of the stores. People are very friendly that work there.”
