Tucked off in a corner behind a gas station with plenty of parking. Sticky floors but no visible debri . Restrooms were clean enough ?. So many cool things that other places don't have but not enough employees to run them all at the same time so u kind of just have to ? on whether or not the one u want will open up . Has a small arcade area by the ? . Not enough cubby holes to stash shoes. Shoes and jackets were lining all the walls. We were apart of a bday party & every girl I interacted with was an absolute dream. Such sweet young ladies! The males not so much, they were very slow moving & never once seen a smile from any of them. Idk y they had so many employees behind the counter 2the rt of the check in computers just standing when they could have been operating the mechanical arm,the obstacle course & the zip line2 keep the lines down& give ppl the full experience. The ball pit was closed4 some kind of clean up. It looked like the manager was doing all the clean up and it took him well over an hour to even start sanitizing the area. I assume he was the manager bc he had his shirt tucked in lol. I recommend getting there early . The kids had a blast. Ty!

This place offers great, safe obstacle courses, trampolines, snacks, and the friendliest customer service around. They are very busy but exceed in responding quickly. The wait time is not a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather a reflection of how many are working during the busiest days of the week. The man working today (red shirt, manager I believe) was responsive, friendly, and fast. I watched him respond to several tasks at once and that is commendable. He also took time out of his busy schedule to acknowledge the comment I had made about the ball pit, despite how busy it quickly became in there. Unfortunately the ball pit was closed today but the friendly service and energetic atsmosphere that the temporarily closed ball pit *mostly* didn't matter. Thank you all. Will definitely be coming back!

We went to attend a birthday party and I wanted to grab something to eat at the concessions, the staff was rude and I wait over 30 mins for a serving of waffle frys. When my husband went and politely asked about the frys,he got a rude repose with a shoulder shrug and eye rolling. The staff did not have good customer service and looked miserable. I worked in customer service before and it doesn't look well when you have rbf instead of a friendly face.Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Urban Air is the best! My daughter and her friend wanted to have a joint birthday party since their birthdays are 2 days apart and they have all the same friends. Urban Air was happy to accomodate us and give us a double party room so all of the neighborhood kids could be together. Their staff is helpful, friendly and they made sure all the kiddos had a great time. We are platinum members here and have been for some time. Membership is a great value for the money and the kids love the free pizza and snacks they get whenever we visit. I highly recommend getting your children a membership here and choosing them for your next party or event. Their customer service is phenomenal. Miss Jayden and the management went above and beyond for us today. Thank you all!!

Overall, the kids enjoyed it, with some disappointments due to the behavior of other customers and the lack of supervision of staff; in the tunnels/tubes, there were quite a few teenagers and older children that were taller than maximum height, pushing past the smaller children. Also saw one ridiculous woman in stiletto heels walking around in the tunnels, with 2 staff members seeing her and not saying anything. Several children running around with food, including one boy with a lollipop stick in his mouth, which seems incredibly stupid at a trampoline gym-no adult supervision, nothing said by staff. Those were the most memorable issues, with me having to pull my grandkids away to safer areas every few minutes, which wasn't fun. There is plenty to keep younger kids engaged, different areas for various jumping games and climbing. There is a small arcade in the back. The equipment was fair, cleanliness-wise. It was midday on a Saturday, so I wasn't expecting it to be super clean, but it doesn't appear that detailed cleaning is a high priority, as there was quite a bit of dust, crumbs, etc. around the edges. You have the option of leaving shoes in open cubbies or purchasing time in lockers.

This was our first time at this Urban Air. We highly recommend the team member Cam! He got us checked in in minutes and helped with all the attractions. He was patient and nice. He was the only one helping too. Our son got sick and he immediately got him a water and cleaned everything up without getting upset or anything. Without Cam, we wouldn't have left very happy. Thank you, Cam!!

We've been to the Urban Air in Ankeny, IA and decided while we visited TN that we'd check this one out. The team member Cam was amazing. He was very attentive, patient, helpful and so nice. When my son threw up, I apologized and he didn't seem to mind. He got my son a water and cleaned it up with zero complaint. He made sure my son was okay several times. He was the only team member helping us too. Without Cam our experience wouldn't have been nearly as pleasant.

***warning**** my 6 year old is playing with a lighter and walks up hands it to me while I'm litteraly standing with manager about how an underage staff cussed at me? Turns out the manager gave a staff member a lighter and he left if in kids area??? I'm already video recording and manager tried to grab lighter out of my hand and tells a security Gaurd to help him get it back... On video???. I called Sherriff office and filing a report for child endangerment just to make sure I raise hell about this place.Toy machines are empty in game areasVr not working... Been out for a month from what they told me.Staff is not attending areas..Tables aren't clean...

They need to be staffed for the amount they are charging. If not fully staffed the prices should be reduced. You can’t even partake in the attractions you paid for! There’s staff at concessions and front sitting there but not working the attractions!
