“I gave 5 stars because both of my experiences were nice. The lady at the desk was quick to get my trailer tags and polite. I bobtailed in to get a trailer both times so I didn't have any trouble but I wouldn't want to take a trailer in, the space is small. It's also easy to pass up the sign coming from I-24, it's right behind an empty white building and there's typically trailers sitting in that parking area.”

“Our Uhaul dealer really worked with us and it was appreciated. We arrived to pick up our Uhaul from a reservation that I had made. The reservation was guaranteed by Uhaul via email and I was called by a Uhaul representative that it was confirmed. Once we arrived our Uhaul dealer said he didn't have the reservation and that they probably transferred it somewhere else. I called the Uhaul customer service and indeed that is what happened. I was so mad because I was not informed. But the dealer had a truck available and worked with us to reserve it so we didn't have to spend the time calling customer service to get it resolved.”

“Called early in the morning with no appointment as drive up service for steer tires and ac repair. Was told we might have to wait to be serviced, instead all we had was a problem parking the trailer. Josh coordinated everything, and go our steer tires replaced, and then sent our driver to next service bay for AC repair. AC Repair was supposed to take 2 hours, got it done in less than an hour. Go to this Ryder if you need to be serviced be real professionals who care. Thank you very much Josh and the whole Nashville, TN Team! Alex-Service-Continental Freight”

“The guys at the Home Depot Penske rental are awesome. What a great experience. I rented truck in Phoenix, Az and dropped it off at Home Depot in Hendersonville, TN. It was freezing and trailer was covered in snow and ice. The guys working there told us to grab a cup of coffee and they handled parking the trailer. This is my 4th time moving using a Penske rental and every time a great experience. Go see the guys at the Home Depot in Hendersonville on Indiana Lake.”

“This Penske truck rental office is located at the Home Depot near Gallatin Pike and Briley Pkwy, at the tool rental section on the right side of the building. I reserved a truck online on a Saturday for the following Tuesday, a clean truck in good condition was waiting for me when I arrived, check-in was quick and easy, and when I returned the truck the salesperson quickly did a post-trip inspection with me. (You also have the option of dropping off the keys if you return the truck after hours.) The price was right, and they did not try to up-sell me on insurance or add-ons, although equipment rental is an option. As an added bonus, you can leave your car in the Home Depot parking lot while you use the rented truck. A lot of truck rental places either do not provide parking, or charge for it. I WILL NEVER MOVE AGAIN, but if I ever need to rent a moving truck Penske will be my first option.”

“John W was a great customer service rep! I did have some issues with the emergency brake on the car hauler activating during my travels when I struck a severe bump on the road. However, John did honor taking 1 day off my daily charge bill for my troubles in having to wait for U-Haul roadside assistance to fix the emergency brake. Plus he assisted me every step of the way attaching and detaching the car hauler when I came to the Madison TN facility. Great facility and great customer care here!”

The tire on my back driver side was damaged and about to burst, and I had a full spare on the rim I wanted to put on in its place. It was a gross a drizzly day and they got my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. They were so professional, kind and just as nice and friendly as could be.
