“There was a time that I would of had to write a lot of negative things about Autow in Nashville but that is no longer the case. Since Laura C. has stepped in and given us a direct line of communication things are WAY BETTER. We know what's going on with our equipment and if there is a delay a long the way we know why it is taking longer. Even if Laura isnt available and someone answers the phone they are professional and friendly. If they don't know the answer right then they will find out and get back to me. With the improvement in communication the turnaround times have also greatly improved. As much as it hurts us to be without a truck Laura & her team try to make it as painless as they can. Not a 5 star review because I think there is always room for improvement otherwise it would be a 5 star review.”

“Called early in the morning with no appointment as drive up service for steer tires and ac repair. Was told we might have to wait to be serviced, instead all we had was a problem parking the trailer. Josh coordinated everything, and go our steer tires replaced, and then sent our driver to next service bay for AC repair. AC Repair was supposed to take 2 hours, got it done in less than an hour. “Let me tell you about the customer service with mister j. TAT community tire service, he plugged my tire. Twice and I went on about my way knowing that I was taken care of the second time. The tire kept ongoing flat, so I took it back to mister j. T diligently tried to find. What was going on with the car? Well, he finally found that I needed a new tire. He replaced it at no cost. He said he had missed it so he wanted to make sure I was good. This is the kind Of service that we all need making sure I was taking care of j. T is the best ever.
