Cars are fine, the communication, lies from the office are comical and unappreciated. Do better. Be better. Still waiting on my parts and tags that were both promised. Went there on a Saturday when they said they would be there and they weren't. Currently driving on expired tags, can't use my wipers or turn signals and the radio doesn't work correctly and I was promised they would be fixed with my purchase and hasn't happened. Underwhelmed with the customer service.

I put 2600 down on a car and a 11 days later the engine blew. They did not care. I had to call warranty and a month later they paid all but $968. I had to pay that. Before I even got my car I would never ever suggest anyone to go to them

Hunter Mann is a trash individual. Pathetic excuse of a being. Will try to loop hole you out of money if you don’t go his route with the vehicle selection. I would NOT recommend working with him especially new buyers or those inexperienced with shady salesmen

Never in a million years would I have ever thought we’d purchase a car online, out of state, without seeing it in person or taking a test drive. However, Hunter and Rapid Rides Auto Sales were so helpful, available, honest, and always willing to answer all our questions and address any concerns that we had.
