They worked with me on parts, got all repairs done in a very timely fashion both times, and the second time they came in almost $600 BELOW what they initially quoted me and $2,000 less than what another shop quoted me for the same repair. Very satisfied. Wish I would've known about them sooner. They will treat you good.”

“These are some of the nicest people I've met when it comes to working on my car and in general. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Robert . He was so very helpful when I needed a designer plate put on the front of my car, he was so quick to help me and then today ( 7- 8- 24) my car window fell down my inside my door! After going to other places and receiving no help, but crazy quotes to fix it, I called Jiffy Lube, not only did Mr. Robert fix my window, but he was happy to help! He did a quick job, was knowledgeable about how to fix it !

It was a Friday afternoon and I was pushed off from other local repair suppliers and shops to even take a look at my vehicle to find the problem. I knew my vehicle wouldn't make my 2 hour drive home. Mr. Cooper was happy to take a look and repaired my vehicle very fast. I am so appreciative! “Very satisfied with my visit! QUICK service. Took less than an hour. (Started on my car around 2:30 on a Friday. So take that into account.) Reasonably priced for me, too! I came for two front tires for my 2010 Toy Corolla and Chris took care of me and answered all my questions. There was a young guy, I believe his name is Woody who came to give me updates about something with my hubcap, lug, or rim. (Not sure what it’s called. ? I know very little about it.) but it was potentially going to break and they wanted me to know what was going on and answered all my questions. I’m on the road traveling for work and a bit scared and tired and they made sure I was at ease and taken care of. Super thankful for them! ?When you come, just remember to be patient and if you don’t understand, just ask questions. He never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked. lol I hope you come when Chris is working. Older man with a soft voice soothing voice and great with customer service!”
