“This review is specifically for the PetVet Clinic. I had the greatest experience with the crew here today. I have a 7 month old Cane Corso who doesn't get out much so therefore has anxiety/fear of new places. When I'm telling you that I had to DRAG him out of the car and through the store, I'm not joking. I became extremely winded just from having to drag my 100lb puppy. Several times I had to stop and take a seat with him on the ground to coax him. Upon entering the staff I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, Cheyenne, and Dr. Pace. Each member of this team was phenomenal in their customer service and never once made me feel as if my puppy was being difficult or that we were taking too long. He even had an accident due to being so scared and they made no big deal out of it!! They loved on Odin to make him comfortable and were so knowledgeable. Turns out my poor pup has dermatitis and acne so we got him fixed up with topicals until his next visit in 3 weeks. Once again I appreciate the staff's patience with my pup and I. They are definitely are our go to now for wellness visits and annual shots. I look forward to building a relationship with the team. See ya'll in 3 weeks and thank you once again!! Can't recommend them enough!”

“Kevin in the Pro Dept is amazing and in my opinion, he is stellar! Went to 5 other Home Depot's and looking for a certain Dewalt tool that each store claimed they had. Not one employee would give me any more than 5 minutes of their time, nor would they look for it. Got to the Madison HDepot and met Kevin. He called around to the other stores, tracked one down, had it shipped to my house via UPS. Took him a few days, but he found it. Not only did he do that work, but he followed up with me afterwards. Amazing customer service!”
“Store Manager Mel is awesome, in a recent purchase the charger was missing to a product i purchase and a replacement charger is quite expensive as in $$$ expensive. She kept trying to locate the charger even with the store manager not being the most helpful (at the beginning) Mel reached out and a charger was found. Thanks Mel.”
“I chose Home Depot for my installation of blinds and sliding barn doors. They came almost immediately to measure however I could never get to the store when there was someone working that could help in either department nor were they willing to take appointments. I switched my blind business to a locally owned company and I switched my barn door business to Lowes. Even though I attempted 3x to go in person to get my orders/installation done, I still received a followup call "reminding me" they had my measurements and I needed to come in. The person who called was in Millwork and has been an employee of Home Depot for 25 years (I'm afraid I can't remember his name). I explained to him all of my troubles and he opted to refund both measurement payments in Millwork and Blinds. He was a gem to speak with and I only wish I was able to have dealt with him from the beginning. He turned my 1 star to 4 stars just for his customer service. My advice to the Hendersonville, TN location: there should always be a manager on duty and that manager should know the ins and outs in each department to help customers if there is no one scheduled for a specific department. Also, give this 25 year vet a permanent schedule so he can tell customers when to come in person to guarantee he'll be there to help.”

“Danny and Jermaine DEDICATION is the word that described my last experience at the Home Depot. The whole Store did a good job taking care of me but it was Two names that really had a MVP performance,.. Danny and Jermaine. I came back twice because I had the wrong measurements on wood cuts. What heavily impressed me was the patience and the teamwork displayed to take care of my needs. I now have a happier wife which will indeed make my life happier. I greatly appreciate both of you!”
“Had an issue with One Coat guaranteed paint *not a quality issue* my daughter purchased. Behr rep (Alonso?) was present and was very friendly and understanding. He explained that the One Coat paints are only guaranteed with the Dynasty or Marquee colors. The person who sold the paint didn’t seem to know that. He spoke to the manager, Tracy, who was also friendly and understanding. They were able to solve my problem beyond my expectation and were completely customer focused. They even said to each other that they needed to add the one coat coverage info in their trainings. I left the store beyond satisfied with the resolution and appreciative that REAL customer service still exists! Thanks Home Depot!”

“This shop is such a beautiful safe space. I came in with my rambunctious 2 year old and a very knowledgeable woman helped us. She was very kind and understanding of my toddler being curious of everything in the store. Their price was great, we even bought accessories and out the door we paid less there than we have at bigger stores. This place is a gem and we’ll definitely be back.”
