“I've had State Farm Ins. since 1974. I moved to TN in 2000 and chose to stay with them as I've always been pleased with their service. I am truly grateful to have found Babara Stewart and her husband, Don, as they are people who love the Lord and don't mind talking about Him with me. There was an extra benefit for me due to the fact I usually deal with Sarah who works in their office. She is so kind and patient and a true blessing to work with. So many times I feel I'm being a burden to her but she is always kind and goes out of her way to help me and provide the best service they can offer. I have had auto insurance and due to my age I only have renters insurance. Everyone at Barbara's office couldn't be more pleasant to work with and I thank God for them all. Last year I dealt with Garrett and he was just as helpful, but I think Sarah is the cream of the crop. I pray God will Bless them all.”

“I called Mr. Hale's office for assistance with the purchase of a car. MS Sharee Smith answered my questions and was able to assist. We determined that some of the information I needed was missing but she told me she would be in the office until 5. I called the dealership and got someone in sales customer service to put in the correct information and email it to me. I called Ms Smith back and she proceeded to input the correct information. She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient. She walked me through all she was doing and why, and assured me that everything I needed from that office would be in the funder's office first thing in the morning.”

“Have used MacLean State Farm for almost 2 years now and they've consistently been great. Taylor Krech is my primary contact there and is super helpful -- I rarely have to wait more than 2 hours for a response via email. It's been really easy to make plan changes. I haven't had any auto claims, so I can't speak to that resolution process, but I have used the State Farm roadside assistance insurance for towing my car and that was easy. Would highly recommend”

My husbands car wouldn't start on the last day of school and he said that it was SO terrific the ease of the system to get a tow truck to come and tow the car. And then again yesterday I was on the interstate and got a flat and no spare, it was again so seamless to work with Farmers. “We just returned to Nashville to share Thanksgiving with our children and grandkids. We are Florida residents; however, we maintain a home in Franklin and keep a vehicle there. We place the insurance on hold for that portion of the year we are absent.This morning I called the John Shaffer Insurance Agency, expecting a long call to have the coverage placed back in force.Definitely not the case, my call was answered on the first ring by a real person, Carol Stuart. She was efficient, polite, and charming. I briefly explained what I needed and she replied, “I will take care of it”. I heard a few keyboard clicks, and she returned the call and advised I would receive two emails one which had to be signed and the other furnishing new insurance cards. That was it! She closed by wishing us a “Happy Thanksgiving”. By far the best experience I have had with an insurance company.”
