When the owner showed up, she lit white sage incense all over the shop, which smelled so good and set the tone for good vibes. She was so welcoming and cute. “I could not be happier. I lost my wedding band over a year ago so instead of buying a new ring, I decided to see if I could have something done with a couple of existing rings. I had contacted them about some custom work, combining 2 rings. Dwight Belew had done some work for me back in the 1990s so I actually talked to him and found he had retired. He recommended Gregory but stated that all their jewelers are very good. Jacob was my initial contact at the store and even he said Gregory was the best. My request was not an easy one - combining my grandmother's ring that was almost 100 years old with a modern one that had the main stone removed but channel sets were intact. I showed them what I was thinking and Gregory drew it out to make sure we were on the same page. They both spent around an hour in consultation with me. The initial due date came and went. I checked on it a few times over the next several weeks and it still wasn't ready. They were very apologetic each time and being a jewelry artist myself, I fully understand how things don't always go as planned so I was very patient about it. Would rather have it done right, than rushed. I finally got to pick it up today and I am thrilled with how it turned out. It is exactly what I envisioned and one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. I could not be happier with it! Jacob was nice enough to waive the appraisal fee because of the long wait. That was unexpected and appreciated . Not only with my job, but my observations of their interactions with other customers showed me that they truly care about making their customers feel important and happy. I would recommend them any day, all day! And as a side note, the store has the most gorgeous Christmas decorations!”

They’re kind and thoughtful. AND, the plants are gorgeous. I got a beautiful paddle cactus here and it’s going on a year strong..I’ve never had one last this long and I swear it’s because Tana helped me set it up. And!! They help with cat rescue! Those cats in there are looking for a good home. Pretty amazing”

“I love to antique and it's hard for me to rate antique places because they're going to be different everywhere. This one had good stuff, but I thought it was too expensive. Other people may not think that because it all depends on where you're from and what prices you're used to. A primary Pyrex bowl set at this store was over $200. Where I'm from, it would be $85 to $125 based on the condition. I pretty much love any antique place I go into.”

He fixed and cleaned my ring (my ring hasn't been this shiny since my husband proposed) and replaced my chain all for a really reasonable price. I definitely will recommend over and over! “All of the jewelry is handmade and if you don't see something you like, they can customize pieces for you. I went to the store in Franklin and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find the necklace I liked and then even let me pick out the stone to add. Since then, I have ordered a couple of different rings, one with an onyx stone and the hammered bands which I think are my favorite. They are reasonably priced and have a great selection. You won't be disappointed.”
