It's OK. They don't take quarters. Which is weird. Slightly more expensive than the older similar ones. But hey, it's perhaps a bit safer feeling.

I pay for 2 cars a month. It would be better if the guys used the brushes for the grill and the back hatch like they are supposed to instead of just spraying the driver's side. The brushes do not get the grill and the back hatch clean at all.

I truly love this car wash more then any other car wash I have visited. My car actually gets cleaned using the automatic carwash. They have towels and spray you can use for free. They also have the self service wash area and this parking area is clean.

I know the automatic wash is good, but unfortunately I’ve had nothing but poor experiences with the self service bays. Features are hit-or-miss on whether they actually work and you burn through cash while you wait to see if they do. Labels on the not-working features would help address that particular problem but they haven’t anything at all in the two months I’ve been using their bays.

Needed a car wash and decided to go with the $15 “Winners Circle” single wash. It was neat with all the colored LED lights inside the wash, but the wash itself was very poor. I literally wasted money and was glad I didn’t pay for the more expensive washes they offer. The front bumper look like it wasn’t even touched. And it doesn’t get your door panels either. Still very dirty underneath door handles and trunk area. That’s harder to reach areas and that’s okay. But for my door panels and front of my car to still look like it wasn’t touched is crazy! The vacuums seemed to work good. Other than that, I’ll be going somewhere else or do it myself. This is the Old Hickory location by the way. You’ve been warned!

I used one of your self-service Bays today had problems putting my dollar bills into the dollar changer to get service and could not load any coins would not want to accept my bill nothing was wrong with my dollar bill it just it didn't want to accept it couldn't add change to it because it had tape over the change hole so that really needs to be fixed so customers can be satisfied if they have change in their pocket like quarters and they want to try to save a little money instead of having to put bills in the time limit was really low needs to be a little more time on there also for the $2 that you put in to start it it'd be at least 5 minutes I said everybody's just got greedy now seems like

Love going through the automatic car wash and I the staff are all nice and mostly keep to themselves and I appreciate the vacuums and towels to dry yourcar and clean your car out after the car wash! I definitely recommend them

I went to the drive through. The attendant was very courteous and knowledgeable of the wash tiers offered. I would 10 out of 10 recommend. And the whole property was very clean.

Went to wash my truck today and i can pee hard then what was coming out of the sprayer. It would work for about a min. Then nothing.. wont be back ... wasted my money.

Their staff don't rush you through like your a number, they actually take care of your ride and treat it with respect.
