“Today I went into the deli in Publix after getting some devastating news about my health. I have been struggling with health issues for months now with no cure in sight. My doctor suggested I started a Keto diet, which is very new to me after being a vegetarian for 4 years. When I got to the counter, I asked for turkey, not really knowing what I was talking about. Most people would have rolled their eyes at me but Heather took the time to tell me about my options and even suggestions that she loves! We talked for a few minutes and she honestly was a pure delight. I left the store, got in my car, and started crying my eyes out. At a time of so much uncertainty, Heather took my mind off of the pain I have been dealing with and showed me lot of kindness! I hope the managers know what an amazing employee they have right there!
