Matt and the service department team are exceptional in my book. They have helped me navigate warranty work and upgrades along with regular maintenance for the past 3 years. Boat is always clean inside when I pick it up. I'm very happy that I purchased my first boat from Anderson Marine.

Dropped our boat off for what we were told was covered by warranty and now, we have a bill for work that was never approved by us. That’s poor customer service and we will never be back, nor send any business your way. After reading the reviews, looks like the Service Department is the issue. EVERY CUSTOMER deserves to be treated properly and professionally, no matter the amount of money they spend. Reviews speak volumes, so you might want to listen.

After searching high and low on where to buy a new boat I met the Anderson family at Anderson Marine. Braxton and Joy’s customer service is phenomenal and they made us feel very comfortable with our boat purchase. I love their continued support after purchase for all your boating needs. Love this place. They are honest with me every time I ask them something. Braxton is especially nice and took the time to help me reset something on a brand new boat I had bought in Michigan. It is a drive for us to go here and take our boat, I do pass 3-4 other places on the way, but I honestly trust them.

From the moment we walked in the door we had the BEST experience! Mr. and Mrs. Anderson have top notch customer service which you don’t find a lot in todays time. The service department is SUPER efficient, hard working and professional! I can’t say enough thank you’s to them! Their financing is quick and easy. The prices are fair and honestly they want you to have a great time on the water rather than making a sale! My family appreciates them and their team.

I can not thank the team at Anderson Marine enough for the dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. Harvey the technician went above and beyond to make sure I had my boat back in time to fish a tournament Saturday morning. Also, thank you to the rest of the team that was involved. Don’t take insurance claims here. Your insurance check will be eaten up by unauthorized repairs that weren’t necessary, meanwhile the repairs that were most needed will go untouched. Looks like after two months off the water we will be taking our rig to someone more qualified for the job given that the trim still doesn’t work and there’s still an issue with fuel delivery…. At least we got a new $500 prop we didn’t need that my 8 yr old nephew could’ve installed. Should’ve listened to the manufacturer when they recommended we drive to another authorized dealer 3 hours away instead of the one in our back yard. My husband should’ve heeded their word. Don’t make our mistake! A couple grand down the drain for nothing.

Just made our second new boat purchase from Anderson Marine and their team. Their knowledge, skills and ability to provide guidance as to what you need is top notch. They have the boating platforms you're looking for along with all of the accessories. Our overall experience for the past 9 years from simple & technical information, service, finance has been phenomenal. Bought a brand new AR 210 here last year. Great service(customer and boast service), quick and easy process to purchase. Braxton helped me out with my purchase, went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a boat this year.

The first thing I want to say is, I have been a customer at Anderson for about a decade. I have posted favorable reviews, and built positive relationships with the people at this Marine dealer. I have purchased multiple boats, motors, upgrades, and services here. So, this is not easy.Recently I had a service and had several addons put on the boat. Needless to say, from the start of this post I am deeply upset with the service I received. To paint a small picture, I have a center console, purchased from Anderson. I purchased a new fish finder for the console, from Anderson, to have installed. Now, they had to cut out the mounting hole for the unit, which is also accessible through the center console space. I picked the boat up, spent thousands and thousands on the job, and took it straight to the gas station to refuel it before putting her back in the slip.I was shocked at the job they did. The more and more I looked at it, the madder I got. After cutting all the fiberglass out (inside the console and out), and installing the unit, they just left it. The cutting dust and left-over chunk material from all the cutting was just left in the console and all over the helm and inside the cup holders. Inside the console, there is a mounted (hard wired) light, that was left dangling (NOT WORKING!). This is unacceptable service! For your sake I hope this is not the new service quality from your dealership. Good luck in the future!The pic's don't show just how bad this was.

Anderson is a great company. Since I own an older boat I deal mostly with the service department and they're fantastic. They have excellent communication and a fast turn around time. I don't trust anyone else with my boat other than these fellas.

Went in to buy a boat in June of 2021, they, like everyone else, was out of Yamaha jet boats and it about a year to get one in stock. By the time it was in stock my situation had changed, but they reminded me of my deposit which I honestly forgot about. It showed good integrity and good customer service. Will definitely use for marine supplies going forward.

This is the best Customer service I've had from anywhere- and I'm not just talking about a boat dealer! I took my boat to get winterized there last year and they noticed that my Radio on the back of the boat the screen was cracked, my wife hit it with her knee on accident - but it was never really used so I wasn't going to mention it to get it fixed. But they noticed it and replaced it and dealt with Yamaha warranty all for free without me ever saying a word!This year they are doing the same thing with my ballast bags.

Great family owned dealership. Impressive facility, do as they say and charge a fair price for it. Each interaction i have had with the parts & sales department have been nothing short of top notch. Would highly recommend this outfit for anybody looking for sales, service or parts!
