My husband and I had a flat tire and the lug nuts were on too tight for my husband. Thompson sent someone right away and was able to change tire in a pouring rain. Very efficient and reasonabke.

Our car stopped accelerating on the highway. We were able to safely get to the shoulder and our insurance company set up a tow with Thompson. The gentleman was familiar with our vehicle and a common problem our make has and was able to get us back on the road with a quick fix. He even followed up to make sure the vehicle was continuing to function correctly on our ride home. We are so thankful for his timely help and excellent customer care!Service: Car towing

Mr Thompson allowed me to store my vehicle on his lot when I called him to have it towed. He not only charged me a outrageous fee he stole parts off my car and sold them. He had it posted on market place parting it out.Service: Car towing

The service/tow driver of the Ford vehicle sent out felt like their brakes may not handle our weight of our small Class C (10,500lbs). We did not use the service but we did get charged $325 for them coming out to tell us that they didn’t feel certain their tow truck could handle us on the steep inclines and curves. We declined service in fear our RV would be damaged further. We have tried calling several times, but we can’t get them to respond back. We would like a receipt so we can turn in a claim. Update: The “reply” below is not true. We weren’t in the road, no tow, & no campground. I think this driver is remembering a different situation. I choose to think that it is a lack of memory and not someone purposefully making up something. I believe Karma will come around.

I had experienced such an unbelievable accident on the interstate,where somehow all 4 of my tires had blown out at the same time. I'll never know how that actually happened,but I'll never forget how relieved I was when Mr. Thompson arrived in a timely manner, and had gotten me off the side of the interstate safely and was very professional where I felt comfortable on the ride all the way home.Thanks again ?Services: Car towing
