“Locally owned and operated..long time business in Cleveland TN....not a typical convenience store experience..my first stop at 5 am before heading to work...breakfast biscuits beat any "chain" fast food places.....always friendly service...home style/country store atmosphere...satisfaction guaranteed...a pleasant way to start the day.”
“This is a general grocery store with a specialty edge to it along with good prices. You can find pretty much everything you need here but not a wide variety. Most things are the Aldi brand. But you won't believe the fantastic selection of cheeses, bakery and bread items, and wines. The quality here is very, very good.”

“Our experience was good. The place was extremely clean, which was a good sign. The service was exceptional, and the food was authentic Mexican. The tacos were my favorite, and I also ordered the 'Torta de Carne Asada,' which was delicious. I did have to add some salt to my food, but that was fine with me. The taco tortillas needed to be dipped more into the oil because they were a little dry. Their horchata drink is more Central American than Mexican, but it is still delicious. For two people, I paid around $45, which was a little pricey but worth it.”
“Bad service in bakery. Promised me a cake ordered on the 29th of September to be picked up the next day after lunch. Call me the next day to tell me they don’t have a decorator. I offered to pick one out of the cooler , buy the kit and decorate it myself. They said they couldn’t do that. I was up a tree. My granddaughter’s birthday was Sunday evening. I went to the one on McGrady Drive and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. She even apologized for Food City’s bakery on Ocoee Crossing. I told her it was not her fault. Never shop this bakery again. After speaking with Lafonda on Monday September 30, 2025 she explained that sometimes they do not have a cake decorator. It’s sad. I really liked the cake I picked. I settled for something else from another Food City.Thank you Lafonda. You are the best!”

“Great place and great people to be around and work with just all around friendly ppl and awesome place. Calfee is been around for a long time and not going away anytime soon hopefully. So if they have what you need please shop with them remind me of mom and pop store just help keep there business thriving if you can help in anyway”

“I've always been drawn to this place and no, it's not because it's right across from the winery.Or is it.. ? No it's definitely the tools.. I love tools and there is a bin in the back of the store with all kinds of off brand stuff that u need to buy. I've never had anything break (like every single thing I buy from harbor freight).Plus they have food and other random stuff that other stores don't carry. 1156 bulbs are nothing to most folks but I need em and this store has them.”

“Decent little convenient store. No fuel, but great prices on tobacco and beer. Biscuits, sandwiches, and pizza are surprisingly good. Sam the clerk is cool to talk to, and will assist in any way he can. It's the only store within miles of any direction, so what else you gonna do?”
“I've only been here once so far, but I did not have any issues with their products or any employees as of now. The store was seemed pretty clean next to other DG I've been in. I live just a street over so I'll probably be coming back here again soon and I'll update this review if anything changes.”
“I was just in this store and experienced a medical emergency and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.....they called EMS to assist and there was also another female customer who assisted me also....the employees & other customers were VERY helpful and tried to get me help as well as trying to get me further assistance and help me stay calm ....Thank You Dollar General Staff & Bradley County EMS for all your assistance in my time of need. “I know this store has gotten some bad reviews recently, but trust me when I say, it's not that store anymore! Best stocked shelves of any other dg in 30 miles, floors so clean the light reflecting off of them will blind you and every shelf is perfectly recovered. The standards here are amazing. The store manager, Dakota, has got this place under control. Love it!”
“There are a multitude of Dollar Generals to pick from in my area. This one is one I don't stop at normally just bc I'm not normally in that area. But it was very clean , service was quick and friendly. They were out of somethings, not things necessarily pandemic related, so I'm not sure if that's normal for this location or not. I would recommend it for a quick stop for a few items though!”
“I am an employee there. I love my job. I love the customers. I have found myself feeling like the customers are apart of my family. I do have a few issues. With how corporate does things but all our staff works hard and long hours because we love our store and customers.”

“I’ve not had any issues. I usually just go for an item or two. I will say Dollar General does not treat its employees well. So keep that in mind if you’re upset with an employee. There’s even documentaries on the company’s behavior. Very low staffed. Everybody has bad days. Keep that in mind.”
