First off, I’ve been filling up here for years, like since I was sixteen and I’m in my late twenties now. This place is the literal definition of disgusting. The bathrooms, the workers (a fair amount of them are on HEAVY drugs and very strung out), just the entire store basically. The reason I’m leaving a bad review is because in spite of all of this I still filled up here, until today. Went inside to pay for gas on my card, it went through on my end, but not on theirs. They said I’d have to call corporate to resolve the issue. Mind you this is thirty dollars we’re talking about, and as a person that tries to budget for everything and then them saying well you’ll just have to pay again, I was a little dumbfounded. Mind you I had proof it went through on my end and was showing the cashier. She sarcastically mumbled, that it’s not her problem with all four of her methed out teeth showing. I got it fixed by calling my bank and reporting Exxon for fraud. ? Most gas stations won’t do you dirty in this manner, go somewhere else. There’s an amazing food city gas and go directly across the street, and it’s awesome!

The terrible service I asked for some Marlboro Light One Hundred and they gave me normal ones. When I got to the car I realized it and I went to exchange it for One Hundred and they told me that it couldn't be exchanged and I had just bought it. Do Not Buy Any Food from this gas station. I don’t ever buy gas station’s food, buy for those of you people who do, please do not eat there. I had to take my daughter to the restroom, but I waited outside of the restroom… and this is what I witnessed; a worker of this gas station walked up to the food station, without her gloves first of all, picked up some food crumbs spilled on the counter right into her hand and threw it back into the food container. I didn’t look what was the food, I was in a hurry, but that doesn’t even matter. It makes me cringe, it was beyond anti sanitary. Please love and take care of your health people. Because besides that kind of food is being so unhealthy and cancerogenic, it also is plain disgusting.

3 bus loads of kids. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Smiling the whole time, even though it busy and packed.

this is a nasty store and always have a bunch of people hanging out around outside and the poor cashier needs help at night around 1030pm I was in just this Past Saturday night 06-24-2023 and it was the worst I have seen and manager is not a good person at all very much rude to customers for no reason do something and save your business while you still have a chance no good at all .

I just bought 2 shirts, 2 drinks, and a pack of chap-stick and spent 75$. the chap stick didn’t work so I walked back in to get another one, and they said that I couldn’t get another one, I don’t understand why I can buy something from the store that doesn’t work and not be able to return it

Pumps would not take credit card and attendant would not allow a fill up with one of us standing in the store with credit card. Very poor customer service.

The state of tn requires I show a legal ID showing proof of age. You guys refused to allow me to buy beer unless you scan my ID. You don't have a right to all my personal information. That's how identity fraud happens. Too much trust! always stop but it's just as easy to turn on 411 and stop there. Former long time customer.

Manager is a sexiest pig always commenting at women strangely definitely a foot fetche. I have heard from several different people around he has a recorded.... A biger guy working was acting like it hurts him to move “lazy type†rude when I came up to the counter like I interrupted his playing on his phone. Store was a mess. I will not be returning.
