Usually don’t do this, but this is one of the most aggravating experiences I’ve had with them (and that’s among many I’ve had with them). I traveled over 30 minutes for 3 days in a row for my medication. The first day was a system error, they were supposed to call back, but never did. The second day, the main pharmacist claimed it was an insurance issue which is understandable. Again, I got the “we’ll give you a call back”. Third day, I called 5 times ahead to no answer, being on hold 10 minutes at a time. So I decided to go up and there are 5 people working, answering phones I might add, and still no one could give me my meds or an answer. Things haven’t been right at this place since the former pharmacist John moved to Nashville. Please corporate, DRAIN THE SWAMP!!!!!

Need More workers , More lines or something , Busy Busy with pt's on the line causes your hold time to wait for every 10 minutes your told ow many callers in front of you , then after hearing that about 15 times, then you get a different selection of hold music , Then your waiting another 10 minutes, but then the line just rings hoping somebody will pick up , by the time they pick up you have a headache from listening to the Ringing in your ear , Then when they finally answer you forgetwhat your calling for ...................

Walgreens pharmacy has a problem answering the phone. Starting at 8:10, I tried 3 times and they picked up, didn't say anything, and put me in their longer term hold. 4th time I asked for the store manager, didn't get through. 5th time, same with pharmacy. 6th time, tried again and finally got through. Took me about 3 minutes to take care of business, ordeal over at 8:42. 27 minutes of calling, holding,and being hung up on file for a simple 3 minute talk. Teach your people to answer the phones. That was unacceptable.

Worst run pharmacy you will ever experience. So much for the "automatic" refills. Every single time I'm about to run out of medicine I have to call it in even though it's supposed to be "automatic refill" what bs. They are ALWAYS out of medication, and don't let you know until you are OUT of medication. My Dr. called in one of my meds 2 month ago and I got a text that it was delayed, okay, but now they act like they never received the order! They aren't even working on it anymore and my Dr. will have to reorder it now and of course I'm out of it now. They all need retraining by someone who knows what they are doing.

Prescriptions are never ready.Doesn’t make a difference when they said it would be ready… Once you arrive to pick it up.. Give us a hour to fill it. Every single time! I will not be going back.

Why can't they ever answer a phone? I know multiple people who can never get answers when trying to call. I myself have been put on hold multiple times over the last fee months just to be hung up. I understand staffing plays a part but I walked up to the counter hearing multiple phones ringing while a young lady sits at the desk playing on her cell.

Absolutely incompetent. This location takes inefficiency to a whole new level. They told the wife her prescription would be ready at 11:00. I go to pick it up at 1:00PM and stand in line for a half hour to be told that it isn’t started and it will be 15 minutes. Please hire experienced people.

This is the second time I’ve sent photos online and received confirmations of my order just to get there and they didn’t/ couldn’t print anything! Please stop accepting orders if you can’t deliver or at least contact the customer!

Ridiculous. Was on hold for almost an hour. I was finally next in que. after a few minutes, someone hung up on me. It’s nearly impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone at this location.
