I've been coming to them since February after a terrible experience with another stylist. Madison was able to correct a disaster and save me from literally crying every day and has transformed my hair when I was told it couldn't be done because of years of box black hair dye. I'm now extremely happy and count down to every appointment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!!! I love this place!

They posted pictures of me without my consent.
There was a large waiver/contract to sign, but I didn't sign the part allowing pictures or videos of me or my hair.
I asked them to take the pictures down, but got no response.
Instead, I received a rude and unhinged phone call.

This is the first time I went to Dapper salon. I have lived in Oakland 4 years and was unable to really get a good haircut. Abi is phenomenal! Thank you so much for taking the time to give me a style that looks great and easy for me to maintain! Finally, a place I can go and count on!

This was my second visit to Dapper Salon. They are fabulous. Madison did my hair cut this visit. She is friendly, easy to talk to. My cut was exactly like I wanted and she even made suggestions that updated my style. Their location/services/talented staff make it such a joy to not have to make that drive to Shelby County. I love to support LOCAL.

This was my first time coming to Dapper and Madison did a great job on my haircut. She really listened to what I wanted for my hair, educated me on styling and products, and was really personable. I'll definitely be back!

The service was good, they did a nice job on my hair cut. The products they promote though are not good. They promote Kevin Murphy products, but I'm sorry, it's awful. Does not do what it claims to, and worse of all the smell is atrocious. They will not refund but replace with another KM product, which I do not want. I used it though, and my hair color still faded. So 3 stars for the great cut, but minus 2 for the lousy products, which I know are supposed to be "high end" but sometimes high end is just a rip off.

Just wanted to say that Vanessa does amazing work. I absolutely love my hair color!! I have been going to Dapper Salon for some time now and haven't been disappointed once!

I called last minute to see about getting a much needed haircut. They had a time slot open for that afternoon which was lucky for me. When I arrived, I was greeted by several smiling and welcoming faces. I enjoyed a delicious adult beverage while getting my haircut after a relaxing wash and dry. They also offer a cookie tray if you wanted, but I chose to just stick with my drink. While getting my cut and style by Vanessa, we chatted about local stuff and even joined in conversation with other guests about local eateries. Vanessa styled my hair perfectly and didn't use too much product. She was very knowledgeable and took the picture of how my hair used to look and completely recreated it. I was so very happy with the results and my experience was wonderful. I also noticed they offer other services and are a full service salon. Now, I am excited to try one of their facials! I will definitely become a new "regular!"Services: Haircut

My fiancé went to get her hair done. It looked great , but a few days later I noticed on our joint account they double billed - I went to bank to make sure and got a print out of bank statement - I went up their to get a refund on only the part they double billed - with bank statement and also I had the bank call and talk to manger to verify they double billed - they refused to refund $407 - we will never do business with themService: Haircut
