Everyone is always so nice and helpful at the Oakland Shoe Sensation. I’ve been shopping there since they opened. I always find what I need, and if I don’t, they help me get it. The store is always organized and clean.

Super Customer Service. Usually has brand names in a variety of sizes, but low on stock right now.Not enough employees! Boxes of shows stacked and poor employee very busy.

I don't remember the names of the employees but I was in there today, Oakland TN store, about 4pm..I had an exchange I needed to make but they didn't have my size. The female employee went the extra mile for me and found the exact shoe/size at another location and is having the shoes shipped to my house! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful both employees were and what was done for me. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer and I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, if you're looking to get exactly what you want! A BIG thumbs up to Oakland TN shoe sensation!

They are very pricey for what brands they carry. I really didn't find anything in the selection anyways. First time in the store and definitely was not impressed at all.
