Store is dirty and it looks like there is no one in a leadership role that cares.

my mom and I were here on the fourth in the morning getting our groceries for our get together and the customer service was through the roof. We’ve got greetings, assistance, an all-around friendliness effortlessly. Leslie, Virginia, Patrick and Larry were great!!! It made us happy to just be surrounded by friendliness and it felt like home. We found a new home in this Kroger. Thank you and keep up the good work.

They normally do pretty good in pickup. Someone picked me some rotten raspberries that I needed for a birthday treat for a kid and I got an apology and a credit and I ordered more groceries. Pickup is a blessing to families like mine who are super busy.

Nobody answers phone I'm trying to find out if they have dry ice so I don't have to wast fuel going to Jackson ! If I chance it and they don't have ice it will set me back 34 miles then I will have to go to Jackson anyway. How can anyone run a business like this there is probably a rainbow hair finger nail woman playing on her cellphone. I don't think I will be spending anymore $$ at this location, thank you

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Penny & her new associate that she was training. She has been my “picker” for my curbside orders & has been wonderful! She not only has been very precise with the quality of the items chosen (in which i am very pleased by) but also extremely attentive, knowledgeable & overall sweet! I hope you see this Penny! Thank you for making my life easier & bringing kindness to people’s day!

Help me understand why Kroger in Oakland is open until 11pm, but not 1 person checking out customers at 9pm. The only option is self checkout and staff walking or standing around watching customers have to check themselves out. I am more than capable of checking myself out, but if that's going to be my only option, then where is the self checkout discount??????? I understand price increase and even understaffing issues, but what are these stores planning to do for your customers when we become your cashier for free???

I went the other day and it was snowing. The nicest young man named Avery came and helped me with my bags and helped me load them into my car. It was nice to see a friendly face! Will return. 10/10 experience.

Shopped today. Spent $240. Tried to checkout with a person. Only one light on. A black girl standing at register with four black boys hanging around her register. I asked if she was working and she gave me a rude answer, yes. I said your light isn’t on the the black “manager “ or “front end manager” screamed at me that the reason her light was off was because she was going on break. I have checked out with this checker before and she is very rude and acts like she is doing you a favor checking you out. They need to hire less blacks and get a better manager. I am not racist but it just looks like that is all they hire. I finally just went to self checkout and checked and bagged my own groceries. Carried them out to my car. The employee that screamed at me was standing there as I rolled my card by she asked the bag boy to help the person that was in front of me and two boys went to help that lady. She said oh no not both of you. She never said to the other one to help me. I don’t need help even though I am 71 years old. But the older man behind me could have probably used some help. She never offered. She needs to go!

I normally wouldn't publish a review, but this Saturday, I and my husband visited. We made some purchases, and went looking for "Boiled Custard". An employee was stocking the refrigerated section for milk and other items. I asked about boiled custard and the response was a tart "You Don't See Any, DO YOU"! I now shop in Somerville at a family owned grocery store. NO LONGER A KROGER CUSTOMER. Good bye Kroger

There's only two employees who are actually respectful. Worst place to shop customer service does not exist, the management and workers are super rude and will not be a customer here again. Also their self checkout machines are terrible and always glitching.

Constantly having to check expiration dates because this store doesn't pull expired products even if you tell them that they have a whole shelf of expired product that went bad 4 months ago.

Have tried once again to give this store some of our business. We like the self check outs and again this store has a horrible self check out system. This is not what we want as our shopping experience so back to Walmart. For the person that said we only have one grocery in Oakland hard to see how you missed seeing that nice Super Walmart we have.

Kroger is the only grocery store in Oakland I don't have much of a choice
