I am a new dog owner. My husband and I rescued a black lab from the shelter. I walked into Hollywood Feed being absolutely clueless. Then I met Sarah. The first thing I noticed was how bright and happy she was. She approached me with a smile and asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and she was so helpful! She was so knowledgeable. She even offered to carry out all of my purchases knowing I had my two year old daughter with me. Anytime I have questions- I always know I can go to Sarah for help! I highly recommend.

Teresa and Sarah and Heather and all of the rest of the crew that I recognized by face but can't remember their names are always so awesome every time I go in! They always remember my dogs and take care of them as if they were their own! They even babysit if I have to run to the corner store and come back and pick them up. It's my favorite place to shop for my pets!

Yesterday was the first time that my Rocky had ever been into a store. He was nervous and scared. The 2 girls working on 6/12/24 in Oakland Tn took up their time with him and made him feel comfortable and at ease.

I highly Hollywood Feed in Oakland, TN. Before going in I called the store with a few questions. The person on the phone was friendly and efficient. Once I went into the store to make my purchase, they knew exactly what I wanted to buy and made the transaction very quick. The store is very organized and clean. I will definitely be going back for dog and cat food and toys!

My dog Coconut is a grooming appt at Hollywood Feed in Oakland, TN. I sent Ms. Heather pictures of how I wanted my dog to be groomed. The first picture is how Coconut looked from his last grooming. The second picture is how he looked 2 weeks before his appt. The last three pictures are what he looked like after his appt. at Hollywood feed.
My neighbor picked him up for me because I was on a field trip with my God granddaughter. When I got home and saw him I was furious. Of course, you know I took him back to the store. After speaking to Ms. Heather, she lied and said, “My neighbor gave the ok to cut his hair. She said, that Coconut was matted, which was not true. I combed Coconut out the night before and when I told her that
! She said,” Give her money back. She also clipped his testicles and the inside of his thigh. I'm sorry, I was not a happy camper at all. Be careful where you take your dogs or cats for grooming. Especially not to Hollywood feed.
Ms. Mary the manager of the store has been very nice to me. She has paid for ointment for the cuts and she is also paying for his vet visits.

Very pleased with my grooming appointment today. I could tell Heather truly loves dogs and I felt at ease dropping my big babies off there. They are tired but not stressed and it only took a couple hours for 2 huskies. Also thank you to the kind gentleman who helped me get the dogs in the car and thank you to the lady up front who picked up the big stand my dog knocked over trying to leave. Everyone at this location is wonderful. Will be coming back!

Hollywood Feed is very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting their valued customers of their products and selecting what is best per pets needs. Pet in the City was my only go-to, and since l moved to Steele Creek, l’m thankful Hollywood Feed was referred to me & my pets, it’s my pets new go-to.

We have been Hollywood Feed customers for a long time. Yesterday we used the grooming service at Hollywood Feed in Oakland. We were very impressed with the groomer and the excellent service and grooming she did on our Golden Retriever. We had been driving 25 miles to have her groomed in Germantown TN. The staff at the Oakland location was very professional and friendly.
