was met at the door carrying a good 1.4 cu foot microwave, and told they were closed until 10, and was then told where to put it. (I suppose because she knew that I'd leave it on the sidewalk and then she would have had to carry it herself.) Very grouchy person working here. Instead of saying something like, "Thank you for your contribution." I was left with the impression that I had disturbed someone from doing something more important like talking on the phone. S O R R Y FOR BOTHERING YOU! Maybe I can find somewhere else to help people?

Apparently Goodwill does not want our donations!Went to drop off donations on 12 July 2020 12:15, lady working there said we could not drop off additional donations and that we would have to take them somewhere else. The two females there were playing on thier phones before I even pulled away.Good toys clothes and small appliances. Thier loss.

The lady was there helped me get my donations into the center even though she had to go out to the parking lot with me. It was frustrating that the cars that were parked in the donations spots were not actually donating but getting food at the restaurant near by.

Lady that was working Sunday evening 12-3-17, Absolutely worthless. Sat in her chair the entire time I was unloading the truck. Nothing but excuses why she couldn't get up. Won't go into the rest of it. Amvet's will receive the rest of my donations. Done with “ good “ will.

We should up a hour before the location in oakland tn was to close and the lady said she could not take our donations because she didn't have time to sort it and she didn't want to leave it for in the morning. Open sign was off and she is sitting inside in the dark on her phone! Lazy is the only excuse we seen !!! This is another reason I despise to donate to good will !
