Staff were not friendly at all. I was there to transfer my license from another state. I was there at 5:30am and the 4-5th person in line. This is a must if you do not want to be there all day.

I took my knowledge test here, I arrived at 7am and they open at 8:30. The whole process was quick. A lot of people come so I recommend getting up early.
