We went to this station to fill our tank (we used to frequent this gas station because it is close to home). We paid in cash, giving the attendant $10, but it only took $4.79 to fill up (see attached photo). When my fiancé went inside to retrieve our change, the attendant refused to give us the $5.21 citing a system issue. We had irrefutable proof that we only put $4.79 into our tank, but the attendant would not give us our money that we were owed. This was such a negative experience and we will not be purchasing gas from this station ever again.

Always claim to be open 24hrs yet they never are. I even asked what the hours are last night . Tonight the sign says open, all lights on, door locked and and a rude man shakes his head no from the counter at 11:30pm. Oakland needs more places to stay open later!!
