I want to say that the Autozone in Oakland TN (store 894 I think) really helped me out in buying a battery, and I want to commend their employee Daniel W. who patiently helped me with a battery for my Toyota Sienna. He was very competent and did a great job.

I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for one of your employees who went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem I had with my vehicle.
I had lost the security lug nut for my vehicle and TC drove to my house on his lunch hour to assess my situation. He was able to give me the advice I needed to remove the lug nut. I am very grateful for his advice and effort to help me resolve my issue.
