Go anywhere besides the Oakland, TN location! The had our car for a month and had every excuse in the book on why it was delayed. The work was only supposed to take 2 weeks and 4 1/2 weeks later they are still coming up with excuses. TERRIBLE communication. We will NEVER use them again.
*once we finally got the okay to pick the car up we got there and they hadn’t even installed one of the parts! The inside of the car was dirtier than when I dropped it off AFTER they claimed to have detailed it. Jeff tried to make everything right but the experience we had with another worker made it so we will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

We had 3A Collision fix our Honda Accord when a careless person smashed into the back bumper. The folks at 3A were very professional in giving us the estimate, in dealing with the insurance company, and in doing a great job of the repair process to the car. I highly recommend them!

I didn't have any work done there but I stopped off to have them look at a door on my truck that didn't seem to be shutting properly. The owner was super nice and said they could do a lot of unnecessary work to fix it but that was just how that year model GM with the ext cab 1/2 door lined up with the front door and that after six months to a year would be right back to the way it was. I really appreciated his honesty. I know people that have dealt with them and always appreciated the good work that they do.

I hit a deer Memorial Day, filed a claim on my insurance the same day, got on Facebook to ask about a good Body shop, and 3A was on the top 3 recommendations from several people. I called 3A, and within a couple hours, a tow truck picked up my vehicle and took it to the shop. From the first call to the pickup 2 weeks later, it was nothing but perfect! Thank you for your help and ease of mind during a crazy day!

Very pleased with my experience with 3A Collision Oakland. My Dodge Journey looks great after they repaired the front left fender. From my first phone call to them through pickup after repair, they were professional and delivered as promised, when promised. Best experience I have ever had with a body shop. They were also the best price.
