“I had ordered something on amazon that was supposed to be delivered the same day as another package. These were both important pieces of a vacation we were leaving for the next day. When our mailman came, only one package was dropped off. When I checked the tracking, it showed that the other had just been scanned into the post office. I assume it had been put on a later truck from the sorting center. I decided it was worth a try to go to the post office and see if maybe they could find it in the back since I was going to be leaving the next day before the mail came. The lady (Alfreda) was so kind and patient. She went and searched the back for 5-10 min and came back with my box! Something simple that made vacation a little more fun for my kids.”
