420 S Illinois Ave, Oak Ridge“I love my IHG brand hotels. This place is very clean and the front desk was helpful when I asked to not have the room they gave me on the first floor. It's my preference to be on a higher floor and they accommodated my request no problem.”

816 N Campbell Station Rd, Knoxville“We are traveling from Long Island to Florida. Wanted a place near the interstate. I called several in the area, and all were expensive for a one night stay. We also travel with my certified emotional support dog. Many major chain hotels charge $50 for a dog. I called HolidayI inn Exptess and was told “ if she’s a service dog, there’s no charge”. Which not one hotel ? inquired about!!! We also were offered an AARP discount. We, however, get the military discount. The check in process was quick and FRIENDLY! The room was large and spacious! What I mean is high ceilings! Beds were very comfortable!!!! Room was quiet, dark , and very clean. Breakfast included!! Coffee very good. I give this hotel a 10! For a one night stay! What more do you we need!!”

11319 Campbell Lakes Dr, Knoxville“The hotel was clean and so were rooms other than the pullout couch bed. The mattress was stained and for a lack of better words junk. The mattress on the king bed was not comfortable either. The layout of the room put the couch directly in front of the air conditioner unit so to keep the room at a comfortable temperature you have to freeze anyone sleeping on the couch. Of course this would not be an issue if there weren’t 3 of us and we didn’t need to use the couch. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of shopping and dining options. But it is beside a busy roadway and although the noise was not an issue inside our room it did make it quite unpleasant to sit at the pool and patio. Since we were there for a softball tournament we did appreciate the free laundry service. Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast had more options than most we’ve seen lately. If we were in the area again, we may stay there if we could get a room with different a different layout.”
“cotton eye joe is a fantastic line dance bar. it is currently 5$ if 21+, 10$ if 18-20. you cannot get in under 18. you MUST wear real clothing- no athletic/biking shorts, no workout material. they WILL deny you entry if you wear clothing that is athletic material. The Joe has a very large dance floor and a good amount of seating around the bars. they also have a mechanical bull to ride for 10$. The Joe plays a GREAT mix of music! they switch between line dancing, to slow dancing, to club mix dancing, and back to like dancing. It rotates like this throughout the night. My only complaint was that they say online and at the bar that they close at 3 AM, but they had stopped the music and started yelling rudely at everyone to leave by 2:35 AM. Not a big deal, but if you are going to close earlier than you are supposed to, don’t yell at patrons to leave. It was rude and put a bad ending to the night. Other than that, It’s a fantastic place to go out with friends and learn the dances you don’t know yet!
Parking: they have a lot infront of the building, but it fills quickly. They have an overflow gravel lot behind the building with plenty of parking.”
“UPDATE: Recently went to a movie, unknowingly picking the wrong time/format. Went to the ticket booth where the manager happily exchanged my tickets for the next showing which was 2-3 hours later. She even wrote down the concessions that we bought so we could get fresh new ones at no charge when we returned. I will always prefer this theater over Regal. Never had an issue here.
Love the new recliner seats! So comfortable and roomy. I love the theaters with the walls in between the rows because I can't see anyone in front or behind me. There is also enough room for people to walk in front of you with the reclined seat up without issues.
When they obtained the new recliner seats I thought this might be a chance for them to increase their prices, but they didn't! It's still a cheaper/more affordable movie experience than the theaters in Knoxville.
It sucks to see people giving this theater a bad review because they were not informed about the new reserved seat policy. Buying online and choosing your seat has never been simpler, try it out!”
