They let me make two appointments last minute. The person I had made sure I was happy with everything before he continued. He took his time and made it look like he was putting in an effort. I’m not saying the others don’t they all were working very hard as well and everyone was happy. They also happened to be Busy and still in a good mood. First time and last time I will go there for my nails. I had long Natural nails and had dip on from a previous time. The lady was in a rush, she seemed as though not sure what to do after she used the drill on them to get the powder off and there was some still on there and just left it!!! Really, you don’t know how to use polish remover or to soak it off?? Then she tried to put tips on and I had to tell her no. I had broken one and it wasn’t as long as the others. But I wanted to keep them all long but the one. By the time I was done, less than 40 minutes later. I had burn spots from the drill on two of my fingers (because she was in a rush is all I could think of, we were there at 9:30am when they opened), and All of my nails were now the same length….not what I wanted!!! I will not be back to get my nails done here.I was told that it was a great place for pedicures. We shall see.Service: Dip powder

The nail tech was very aggressive with my manicure. Took unnecessary skin off my fingers. My sister got a pedicure and i didn’t look much better. Neither of us will be returning.Services: Synthetic nail removal

Girlfriend went and got manicure. After cutting her hands up. The nails looked horrendous. I called and they “fixed” the issue for her. Second time around looks like they just put some extra top coat on her nails to “fill in” the gaps and holes. Absolutely ridiculous for a place with a 4.1 rating. Prices don’t justify the results that were given.Services: Nail painting

I don't usually write reviews, but our experience warranted one. They were so friendly and explained their business model and all of the services upfront. They started as a community outreach working with seniors. They really focus on customer service and you don't feel like they are trying to rush to the next person.

I absolutely love this salon. The staff is so nice and so kind. I will travel one hour to get my service done here every time. This is by far best best nail salon experience I have ever had.
