PLEASE LOCK YOUR SUITCASES UP IN THIS HOTEL!
Please check my review history for the past 15 years so you know I am not intentionally saying something negative or I am offended. I am warning you to keep your eyes open and your personal effects locked at all times!
I stayed here for multiple weeks, for the majority of my visit it was very pleasant. Great atmosphere, kind employees that were very attentive and accommodating. But,… I had an IPhone come up missing here. I didn’t discover it until I was in another state. As soon as I discovered it, I called and explained the situation to a very kind employee. She took my information and said the manager, whom I was acquainted with, would call me back. I never heard back from the managers. I have made another call to the hotel, management is not in, again, leaving another note to call me when they get in.
Lock up your personal items at all times. Do not trust this hotel service! ☹️

They don’t care about cleanliness that much.
I ask them twice in 3 hours if someone can empty the room trash can, and the response was, we get it when we get it!!
Everyone emptying the trash can in the cans by elevator.
The room had cigarette smell, to their credit, they tried to remove the smell once. But no luck and fit seemed that it was a known issue!

I love my IHG brand hotels. This place is very clean and the front desk was helpful when I asked to not have the room they gave me on the first floor. It's my preference to be on a higher floor and they accommodated my request no problem.

Tucked behind the Outback Steakhouse, this Location can be difficult to get to as turns just before and after won't let you navigate parking lots to get in. However, the services were wonderful despite the pool being out of commission, loads of free food through the week, and a cozy experience overall. The rooms.felt new.

Major upgrade from Hampton and Double Tree here in Oak Ridge.Spend the few dollars more for a new hotel that's clean with full kitchen and a polite call from Deb at front desk asking if you like your room.530-7pm nice food and drinks for everyone...Quieter as it's off main road. Food near by and it's all worth it. I am a loyal Hilton/Marriott guy and this place is very nice.Rooms: Clean and has kichenWalkability: Lots of walkable food choicesFood & drinks: 530 to 7pm free food and drink

i’m from Oak Ridge, and I’ll tell you this is the nicest hotel in Oak Ridge, yes there isn’t a indoor/outdoor pool but besides that hands-down number one hotel. I’ve stayed at the Doubletree before, they have the pool but the rooms are barely mediocre, The rooms here are fit for a Queen.

Ms. C. Hall, exclusive service. The staff have went beyond to make sure I NEVER had a issue. And if I did need something it came fast with a great smile with it. The pool is warm and a great relaxation area. The fire pit spot outside have you feeling like you home vibe n. Now this DONNA lady dnt need to be over the social service. I'm a man of color and the look I was give n from her as I walked to just view the what was available killed my appetite to eating anything. I was also told as I went out to burn from another guest that she Is disrespectful to kids and hates/dislikes all men. If this spot didn't have her man o man .......Rooms: Clean, smell.great, and everything worked.Safety: Night time hits dnt leave ya key card you wont get in unless you call.Walkability: Shop n store right cross street, all u can think of eating is steps awayFood & drinks: More than what I expected

I came to stay one night because I was too exhausted to drive to Knoxville for a long term stay. I was greeted personally by Debbie, a real person who ascertained my immediate need. Before I knew it I was in a room with all amenities one could need. What is much more and should be noted .-I arrived just before the hotel was entirely booked for the weekend. I and staybridge prices more than double the other long term hotels.the staybridge hotel management took special care somehow managing to keep me in the same room without moving on a weekend that was entirely booked. The personal care and attention is worth the price. Somehow even thatn t'e to other hotels long-term. Full size refrigerator and cleaning service towels etc have it's been exemplary throughout my stay. I'm confident that every effort to find and apply rate comparable to other long-term stays.personal attention has been priceless and my gratitude infinite.

I've been coming here on business off and on for 3-4 years. Absolutely love this place. Nick went out of his way, on his own personal time, to make sure I was taken care of, even though I already checked out. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oak Ridge, trust no one other than Staybridge.

I would never recommend this place if you have any breathing problems. Multiple rooms have black mold growing in them and they complain to you if you make any noise after 6pm. Rooms are also dusty.

We were here for a few months and everyone was WONDERFUL except Donna.I have never met a more rude woman in my life. She had an issue with anyone who had kids right off the bat and made it known that we were not welcome there. She would roll her eyes and huff and puff anytime she saw us. She made rude comments as we would walk by. She brought me to tears once with how we were treated during one of the “dinners”. We had friends stay there who had children and she literally tried to follow them up to their room and was just as rude (if not more so) to them as she was to us. So I know it’s a common occurrence with folks with kids. All of the other staff was great. They went above and beyond. They were kind and welcoming…but dealing with Donna ruined the whole stay for us. We constantly felt like we were walking on eggshells on days she was there. If you don’t have kids, I’m sure it would be fine. If you do have kids, stay somewhere else.

Very mixed review. The front desk and the maintenance staff were all fantastic beyond words. friendly and respectful and hard working. the food service was pretty weak though. Dinner 3 nights a week was a major perk to coming here, but i was told i wasnt allowed to get a second portion after i took a very small portion the first time to see if it was something i wanted to eat before loading up. The literal words were "its not a buffet, you are done, there are other people who need to eat too".... ok rude. meanwhile, a man came with multiple tupperwares and filled them to the brim and walked off, but nothing was said to him.then breakfast, even on biscuit and gravy days, there are signs up to only take one biscuit. What? one....? i have never in my life as a traveling worker been to a hotel that limited the amount of food you can have at the breakfast service. make more food or just dont have one.loved the rooms, loved the location, loved the doggie treats for my pup, loved the front desk and the rest of the staff, but kitchen staff standing over you while you serve yourself and telling you to put food down is really unappreciated. especially when you get a place that has dinners and breakfasts as a way to save on spending when you're out of town.

We loved our time at the Staybridge Suites in Oak Ridge, TN! The entire staff was amazing and treated us like family. Heather at breakfast was so helpful and kind to us and our small children. We enjoyed getting to know her. Tim and Brad worked so well as a team to make sure the hotel was running and functional. As soon as a work order was placed, they began working on that task immediately. Nick at the front desk was so friendly and informative. He always made sure to greet us with a smiling face and a can-do attitude. Melissa, our housekeeper, was another smiling face that we loved seeing. She kept our room clean and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will miss all of them as well as the other staff members. They all work so well together to make a remarkable team.
