I highly recommend this establishment. I have had multiple dealings with this business and it has been easy and honest each time. The last purchase was tires for my car. I explained my preferences and what I needed from my car and tires. I accepted what was recommended and the tires have been perfect!

Shout out to Sexton Automotive Body shop. They did excellent job on my Mitsubishi after I hit a wild boar! The people that work there are so nice and they know their business. I highly recommend them.

Just don’t!! I honestly have been waiting to write this review because I was so humiliated and embarrassed by the service my family received. The main guy of the service department treated me so unkind and was truly cruel. I am a single mother and had my
Car brought in for almost 5,000.00 worth of work. The guy had my car 4 days before calling and asking if I could detail my car before they worked on it. lol at first I cried bc I thought does my car smell ya know because I use that car to take my kids and their teammates to multiple sports during the week so I thought maybe it does stink. He not only told me it needed detailed and inside needed clean before service was provided but said that in front of other customers humiliated me while I had a car full of kids trying to get to their softball game in a rental not just my kids but other kids who’s parents can’t take them so I do. I had never heard of mechanics fearing a smell or dirt ya know. Also the work was needed was under the hood, not inside the vehicle. I honestly just think he judged me bc my car is a 2012 and also on that day didn’t look like I was someone with money to spend repairing my vehicle that’s paid for. Well needless to say I took my vehicle 2 streets over to Countryside Tire and Auto on Rutgers where I was treated kind and they got a payment of almost 5 grand to fix my car. It’s kinda like the old saying one man’s trash is another man’s treasure LOL. Will ever be back to this place or would I recommend anyone going there if they expect to be treated like a human being. Also as a single Mom I didn’t expect to be one, I was actually married and thought I’d have a partner in life but ya know people suck and shouldn’t judge others without knowing their story. I’m sure glad God don’t judge or refuse any of Grace and Mercy ya know. To all of you in the service department I hope you never experience the difficulties some of us in the real world have and I hope you are blessed with all the good things life has to offer.

Tammy the new rental manager was very rude. We have rented cars from Sexton Automotive many times with no problems with other staff members. She refused to rent to us because we wanted to change who was driving the car. I am still waiting for the owner to call and make this right. This was very poor management on Sexton Automotive. #Dissatisfied customers!
