We worked with Brian and Shane at Secret City purchasing our new van. Customer service here was amazing! After some complications with our bank out of state, it was not looking like we would be able to leave with our new vehicle that day and Shane pulled some strings to make it happen for us! They made what seemed like it was going to be a stressful process enjoyable. Brian was a joy to work with showing us our vehicle. Thank you so much Secret city for helping us get a vehicle that will comfortably fit our family for a great price!

Recently bought a car end of Aug, drove off the lot and noticed the AC was making a noise. Notified sales and was told bring it back next day. I did- they told me it was blower motor, which was not the case, few more trips back there for them to tell me it’s the evaporator core and it will be $3000. The dealership would not pay for it. It should have been caught the first day I brought it back or before they sold the vehicle. Don’t recommend buying a car from them

On 13 July 2024 I bought a 2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo with 70,000 miles on it as an impulse buy. As soon as I left the lot and adjusted the left mirror, the mirror fell out and was hanging by its wires. I had to stop and get black tape and tape it on, and I contacted the salesman via text asking them to repair -as a courtesy and good customer service. After much back-and-forth and my final stop to the dealership today to talk to the manager they will not repair this mirror because the entire left mirror assembly is needed. Less than three weeks after this purchase, I went to Rusty Wallace Hyundai in Knoxville and bought a brand new 2024 Santa Cruz pickup truck. They throw in an extra 100K powertrain warranty, which makes it 200 K- free. Miles 8000, 16,000, 24 and 32,000 miles are free oil change and service. I explained the situation to them and they said they would have stood by the mirror had I purchased it from them. Secret City Jeep dealership has no idea how many new vehicles I might have purchased over my lifetime. I clearly could afford to go buy a brand new truck somewhere else. They weren’t worried about my negative review so maybe somebody out there reading this will know to check every single little detail on any used vehicle they are selling because they won’t stand by it if you leave a lot. Sorry- 1 star from me. Left Rusty Wallace a 5 star review with my picture. Head over there if you’d like to read that one. Very disappointing. I could understand them not fixing it if I waited a week or waited three days but I texted the salesman as soon as I left the lot that the mirror had fallen out. If you want excellent customer service and to deal with a dealership that has a little more integrity than this one, buy somewhere else. Customer service is everything.

Got my Jeep serviced there yesterday, oil change, they came and got me, then stated the Jeep was finished, paid and got into the Jeep. The Oil light came on when I started the Jeep and I cut the vehicle off. Went inside to get them to check it. The tech had drained the oil put the plug in BUT FORGOT TO PUT THE NEW OIL IN AND CHANGE THE FILTER. Luckily the light caught it, if it had not went off I would have made it about a mile or so before destroying the engine. You would have thought the same light that warned me would have warned the person who drove it to the exit lane. Beware !! I understand training new people but they need to keep a close eye on them. They came to the exit lane and put the new oil in and changed the filter there.

The dealership completely wasted my time. They claimed they wanted to purchase my vehicle. We spoke numbers over the phone and their price was $20,500. I sent them a video of the vehicle. There were no surprises. It was exactly as I said it was. Nothing wrong with it. Great condition minivan.
I thought we had a deal so I drove the hour to sell them my minivan. It was all just a ploy to get me into the dealership! Their price now was $17,000.
I was so pissed. I’m a single dad with two toddlers, and I wasted hours. I specifically told them that I was very busy and I didn’t want to waste my time or theirs. In the end, they didn’t care about my time.

Having problems with lifetime warranty TWS insures them over 5 months poor inputs though service department TWS delays what ever they can.
