The bedsheets were dirty but I was ready to leave before I got there. Couldn't cancel due to reservation through a travel agency. The rooms are nice but not much room in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved our overnight stay. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was great gotta love biscuits and gravy and waffles. Definitely will stay again.

Great location near the end of the Emory River trail....with restaurants within walking distance.
Rooms: Rooms are being remodeled, so may be a little rough.
Safety: Watch out for the slick marble floor in the elevator!
Walkability: Grocery and restaurants an easy walk away

Could not park a trailer anywhere and there were bed bugs in two of the rooms we stayed in. When we got here it was 3am but we needed some sleep. They said 200$ for a total of 2 nights but the day of checkout the said it was 200$ per night.

If you are looking for a stop-over stay, this is a great find, especiallyif visiting the Brushy Mountain Penitentiary. We had, what looked to be, a recently renovatedroom. ****Pet friendly****, clean rooms, easy access in and around the area, friendly staff (for the most part-hence the 4star), and pool. Do note that their breakfast stops at 9am, so don't expect to get anything past that, however, there are a few other fast food choices behind or nearby. There is an Applebees' behind the hotel which was excellent for to go. Definitely would stay again.

Plenty of availability except when rowing is in town. Call or go online for availability during the spring, summer and fall months.
Nearby activities: Fast-food, atm and grocery within short walking distance. Lakefront park with fishing, playground, shelter and walking/biking trails. Located within The Secret City Manhattan Project National Park with museums and limited bus tours of the Y-12 National Security Complex.

Our floors were disgusting. They were sticky and had crumbs and hair on it and we literally had to wash our feet before putting our socks on. We also have a crawling baby. Was curious about the “newly renovated rooms” definitely not.

Do not recommend! In our first room, the ac leaked bad and the tub/shower handle completely fell off. Walked down to reception to see if we can change rooms, was told there were no more rooms available and that the maintenance man would be up. About 10 minutes later, the same receptionist came up to check everything out, got on the phone with someone then proceeded to say we could move down the hall to another room (thought none were available). These rooms weren't the greatest as far as cleanliness either. Decided to check out a day early, and because we booked through a third party company using American express, we were unable to get a refund. We contacted Amex and a case was opened. It has now been almost 2 weeks since our stay, and we had to open up another case because of the hotel staff being uncooperative.

This is the second time we've stayed and we will stay again. For this price range it's a very good hotel! Rooms were good, plenty of TV Channels, cleaning staff very polite, Gave me an extra blanket and our son a pack and play for their baby. Good breakfast ? Very thankful for the free breakfast and polite staff. Felt safe.

The room was very dirty! The bathroom was clean.
We stayed 3 nights but had to check out on the 3rd day due to an emergency at home. The desk clerk was rude and said we probably made the room dirty! Really? We weren't there other than at night!! The TV would only get 2 channels.
3rd night was supposed to be free. We didn't get it!
We have stayed there for years twice a year, if not more. We won't go back again !
